I ordered 2 pairs of havianas and even though they say they were delivered I am still waiting

I never leave reviews but had to following my recent experience with this company after they stopped responding to my emails to help sort a wrong item sent.
Very good for quick delivery and a good product but if you have anything wrong with your order best of luck as their customer service is extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I have since gone direct with Havianas and they have confirmed that this company sent me a different size to what I ordered and what was advertised. Even with photo and a Havianas size chart for proof, they refuse to accept they sent me a wrong size in error (even though for any company that’s just an honest mistake ? Just calmly admit you as a company made a simple error and try to help and rectify the problem, easy! Everyone makes mistakes) instead their arrogant and rude response saying I had ordered the wrong size, which I hadn’t, left me upset, rushed for time to get a replacement pair in what should have been sent in the first place. They stopped replying to me after two emails too. So this company is very good for quick delivery and selling a good product, just be cautious of having to deal with their customer service by email as it was not a pleasant experience and left me pretty upset, after what should have been a breezy no drama flip flip order. Maybe try and be a bit nicer and more considerate to your customers that have things go wrong with their order and everyone will be chill and happy!

Very pleased with my two pairs of Ipanema flip flops. I prefer the anatomical footbed, and these fit well.

I hate giving negative reviews and have always thought this company brilliant. So what has so gone terribly wrong?
Is it that they only worry about the ‘fashionable’ fair weather customers?
What do we get after waiting for years “wonderwellies?” Leaky wellies😩.
Then we get ‘hiking boots’ not like other expensive makes ‘waterproof’ but ‘water repellent’ meaning ‘don’t even walk on wet grass’🙄.????
Not all of your customers are younger and only walk around the shops and to the clubs and restaurants.
I’m in my 70’s along with a lot of others in this age
bracket. We wear them for giving us an aching free walk to the shops up to 8 plus miles every day. Through muddy fields, woods, puddles, along the beach, climbing hills and through snow, with or without our dogs.
I did have a brilliant of your waterproof, fleece lined boots about 10 years ago. What went wrong? Did they last too long?
Any model can stand in a field holding a couple of working cockers. Perhaps your CEO would like to come for a walk an old lady and her dogs one muddy day???
Or does he wear Dubarry, Le Chameau etc?

Beware Haviainas sizing on the FlipFlopShop website, because it's wrong. I ordered a UK size 6/7, and was sent a EUR size 41/42, which is equivalent to a UK size 7/8. The flip flops they sent are huge on me. I well know what my Haviaianas size is, because I've been wearing them for decades - it's a EUR 39/40 - but the sizes on their website are UK sizes - which are the wrong sizes. FlipFlopShop argued and argued and argued and argued with me about this, even after I pointed out to them that size guides for women's shoes on all major UK retailers clearly show that a UK 6 is equivalent to a EUR 39, and a UK 7 is equivalent to a EUR 40. This conversion is not exact, but the equivalent sizes still stand. I am 60 years old and well know that my shoe size is a UK 7 / EUR 40. Flip Flop Shop refuse to admit their error, and have refused to issue me with a returns label, meaning I now have to take this up with PayPal. A very, very poor service, and a total waste of time. The whole experience has really hacked me off, and I will never order from them again. Anyone else ordering Haviainas from these arrogant fools, make sure you order a size down from your usual UK size.

When purchasing anything from flipflopshop make sure you are 110% certain, as we had ordered some ipanama love heart sandles and these came with some imperfections, when i had emailed in to advise of this i got the below response:
“
The Ipanema range is manufactured to a budget which is why these are priced at under £13. As such they may have the odd small imperfection due to the manufacturing processes used, this is normal for Flip Flop produced at this kind of price and normal for Ipanema.”

This should be made clear on the website saying that sandles are manufactured to a budget so may have imperfections.
I was and always was under the impression that new you are purchasing something new these would come without an imperfections unless clearly stated.
Quite appalled to be honest i have never had to deal with a company who uses manufacturing budgets as an excuse.

Easy, fast and cool designs

Really easy experience. Good website, easy ordering process and delivered quickly despite the mail strikes.

Ensure you do a recorded delivery when returning to exchange for another size. They lost my shoes and never refunded my money. Of course they explained that it was Royal Mail's fault not theirs. It probably was however I lost all my money to them with no shoes to show for it.

Regarding the response from the company saying I had no order from them:

Customer support emails from Zac. I have a string of emails proving this order and at the time I was told I was under the impression I could return my pair for a larger size.

Please refrain from spending your money with people who essentially refer to their customers as liars.
