Misleading Booking Screen and Non Stop Calls
I found this company through google flights, linked as the cheapest option for some flights I was looking at. The booking would be for business class from Manchester to Bangkok.
I clicked onto the website, and I entered my travellers information expecting that it would take me to the next screen to review the booking, but instead said that I would be contacted in due course. This was obviously misleading, as the booking page is not actually a booking page but rather a contact information grab.
I received a call the next day, annoyingly, whilst I was at work. Upon discussing the flight details with "Nick", the seats were in fact Premium Economy class. "Nick" stated that to get business class, I would be booked on as Premium Economy and would have to bid for the chance of an upgrade, also meaning that I would not have access to the business lounge. Why would I be paying so much for the Premium Economy seats, when I could book directly with the airline for a little bit more and ensure I got business rather than gambling for the upgrade?
I have since booked directly with the airline (Qatar) for less than £500 more than the Flightstravel price was, and the refund options are much better than Flightstravel offer. Since then I've been recieving what feels like daily calls and voicemails to try and get me to book with Flightstravel, desperate for my money rather than getting the hint that I do not wish to proceed with the booking. I dread to think what would've happened if I chose to book with them.
Save your money, time and hassle by booking elsewhere.

1. We do not sell Manchester to Bangkok flights for any cabin via Google Flights as you claimed in your review.
2. On our website, upon entering the traveller's information on the checkout page, the website ALWAYS takes you to the payment page instead of taking you to any other page, as you claimed in your review.
3. I am Nick, and I confirm that I have not spoken to you over the call at all regarding any booking from Manchester to Bangkok, and I did not leave any voicemail either.
What we can conclude from your review is that either this review is for some other business, or you have falsely written this review to harm our reputation online.
Since we are not able to track your booking or communication, I kindly request you to provide the following details, which you have entered during the online booking :
1. Passenger/s full name
2. Email ID.
3. Date of the booking

I got a ticket to Qatar with nice price from Flights Traval. Johnson was so helpful to confirm stuffs getting right, and offering some bonus ahead. Pretty sure next flight would be booking from Flights Traval again!

Offers a cheap price but then cancels if they can’t make money
Do not use this company!! Whilst it might be a genuine outfit they basically chance offering you a cheaper price in hope they can make money on their booking. When they can’t they cancel your flight and claim “payment issues” when in fact they refund! You then end up losing better prices waiting for confirmation. All foreign operators and when i messaged they promised confirmation within an hour then deleted the message to hide that they couldn’t do it. Absolute time wasters and hope they go bust and get 0000’s of negative reviews!!

Upon further investigation of the matter, we would like to clarify that the flights you had booked were confirmed, but unfortunately, due to high-risk payment, your payment was automatically reversed.
I have gone through the call recordings and confirmed that at any point in time, we never asked you to pay a penny more to issue the ticket.
When you say in your review "offering you a cheaper price in hope they can make money on their booking. When they can’t they cancel your flight" is incorrect, as firstly, we never requested to pay more and secondly, due to high risk payment, it was auto reversed and thirdly, we have called you again and offered you the same fare as you originally booked, but you simply refused to speak and made a comment proudly that "I left a 1 star review" and disconnected the call.
I understand that this situation may have been frustrating, and I want to assure you that we always strive to provide the best possible solutions and the best post-sale service to our customers.
Furthermore, we take our customers' feedback very seriously. I will escalate it to our finance department for further investigation. Please be assured that we are committed to providing excellent customer service to our customers, and we will take appropriate action to improve it further.

Booked tickets for Qatar, spoke to nick , Simon and jannat who helped and made sure everything went through. Good experience but had to do a date change because I couldn’t get in touch for the free same day cancellelation so had to pay a bit extra for a date change which was the only mishap but overall good experience.

Outstanding service for when I booked my tickets to Doha. I emailed for an enquiry and immediately received a phone call. Which then followed another to ensure I am okay and I needed anything else. I have never experienced this kind of service before as a frequent flyer, especially as this is not direct from the airlines. You have exceeded the customer service more then the airlines themselves. I've had a really pleasant experience booking with Flights Travel. Booked a flight for my brother and I to Doha and using Flights Travel instead of Qatar Airways I have managed to save £500!!!
I was a bit worried at first as when I paid I didn't receive a confirmation email but, yes, it eventually came through. I even got a phone call to also confirm that I have received my emailed tickets, which I did. Thank you to Simon for getting me this amazing deal. As this is just the booking part, I will do an update review if all goes to plan lol.

Great service
It was our first time booking through Flightstravel, we chose them as the ticket prices were so good compared to other providers, and it was a smooth experience. Nick has been really helpful throughout, even when it was about correcting some passenger details that we had incorrectly inputted. We will definitely use them again.
