They forged my husbands signature on the document to charge us £570 and now claim it’s because we wanted a COPY of our booking ref! Why would anyone pay £571.00. We originally called in to add extra bags and they said it would be £60 admin charge. So what is £570 for? We didn’t get any bags added or any changes made.
