Good Services

I am grateful to have discovered Flights Deal! After needing a last minute emergency flight to the USA from London, one of their amazing agents, Jack, was able to work with me to make it happen, negotiating with me in a fair and understanding way. The price for the flight was very good and beat all other prices elsewhere. I guarantee choosing Flights Deal for your travel, you will not be disappointed!

This is the. 1st time ever that I will get a full refund. Angela was extra patient with me and she did all she could to get me good deal but unfortunately I was unable to get an affordable ticket which the refund took just few minutes.

Jack Robert... what a star in a reasonably priced car.... the man has ran around booked, changed and made some many flight reservations for me this week due to illness.
He really did do all of the work with a smile xxxxx

The staff are efficient and well approached. Despite airline fault in securing seat for me, my money was refunded back within 36hours of payment.

I was initially so petrified after the purchase of my ticket from Flight deal because their price is very reasonable and it was stated on my ticket that am a Child.
They sorted it out as it was an error from the airline.
As early as 4am they called me at the airport to make sure am not encountering any problems.
I have already bought my December ticket with them, I believed all will be well then.

The way how the company prensentitive dealt with my enquiries to find reasonable tickets to Turkey and how he made the steps clear and easy for me, I am greatly appreciated to Kevin who helped me with my tickets and my luggage allowance. He is very helpful, honest kindly patient with every single question or opinions, the words will never thanks him enough and the flight company, I recommend them to any person who seeks secure and honest company, for me I will never stop using their website. Many thanks
