A very smooth, professional and patient service from David Mills. I asked a lot of questions and dragged my feet a few times due to past experiences with other airline agents. But David was patient throughout.

I had an excellent experience with this travel agency, thanks to Anna. From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Anna took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and handled every detail with care, making the whole process completely stress-free. Her communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend this agency — especially if you get the chance to work with Anna.

Janet William dealt with my request. She found the flights that I wanted on the dates that I wanted. Then she came back to me and said she had found a direct flight. This was better for me and will simplify the journey.
It was the first time that I booked a flight through an online agent and I found the experience easier that I expected.
