Travel agent incompetent
Travel agent incompetent. Booked the wrong flights, unable to re-book, booked the wrong accommodation said she couldn't re-book, and we had to re-book it all, consequently lost payment on one London hotel and she didn't try to get it back, Disneyland Paris said the way she booked the hotel made us ineligible for some additional benefits, Paris car meeting us at De Gaulle didn't turn up and so we lost that money too. A total disaster.

Prior to confirming a booking, each customer is required to check their invoice, confirming their details, names and travel arrangements are all correct before any payment is taken or booking made.
