Weather app. For CLE never works. When the weather app. does works it skips and runs slow. Happens everytime. Besides that the app. runs pretty good.

Flightaware is the worst of them all. It is so not accurate it's unbelivable. Don't use this site folks if you want to keep your cool. Showing a flight loosing altitude rapidly and then showing it a few feet above the ocean and then not showing it for 35 minutes is not funny at all.

1.) I purchased Aviator+ expecting to see 1 year of flight history to help me restore my log-book. It went back to Jan 1st (barely 3 full months of history). I deleted and reloaded the app thinking it was hung up. No bueno! 2.) I expected the advertising would be removed for $19.95/mo. Nope, they want another .99Cents/mo or $5.99/year. I’ve emailed customer support twice with “NO REPLY”.

Thanks FlightAware, I’ve been with you guys since beta days. Nothing is the same. I’ll need to cancel my Aviator+ subscription.

Never right. Flight is already delayed by about 20 min and its stating its on time with the delayed time instead of showing the right time. So its DELAYED not ON TIME. Check it out often to compare and its usually wrong

Shocking review for tonight 17/7/23 said my daughter and her family would depart Lanzarote at 8.35pm schedule

I received a Google alert from them- not sure why bc I never signed up - saying my flight was delayed 2 hours. I missed my flight and a whole day of a 4 day trip to visit my son. It’s a scam, the flight was never delayed.

Yet again flightaware disappointing- flight showing on time on the app and it’s 2 hours late - I know - my wife is on the flight - waste of time

they buy emails from hackers, never subscribe to them but got their emails

Your website says a flight is coming in at a certain time. Got to the airport and parked, now I'm waiting an extra 90 odd mins cause the data you provided was inaccurate?! Thanks for coating me a ton in parking, seriously?

Flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg, flight no KL591, you said it would arrive 9:41pm, it is delayed to 11:24pm

Purchased/paid for a multi year, automatic annual report to run July to July each year. Claims it us cheaper to purchas multi year reoccurring reports. Got one report Only. Want more $ to get the next report. Customer Service is not even close to one star.

signed up for the trial then cancelled. Was billed $39.95 for two months and told it could not be re funded. Be careful on a free trial

It is nearly impossible to register or retrieve a forgotten password. Terrible app.

Not sure if there is a way I could rate less than this. Worse service with absolute wrong information and the great customer service guy doesn't even bother checking for right information. Just says it'll get updated once the airlines updates on their website (BYW, the airlines showed accurate details about the delay). This is with reference to Alaska airlines (AS) flight number 3329 on 08/19/2019 flying from DAL (Dallas Love field) to SJC (San Jose). Flightaware web site says the aircraft took off at 4.28pm (actual departure time was 3.35pm) and would arrive at SJC at 6.06pm but infact the flight was actually delayed till 9pm CST in DAL itself (and not yet sure if it would really take off today as I am typing this message). Is it funny or a joke but worse thing to play with so frustrated passengers.

Not real time. Nearly missed a flight due to inaccurate and late gate information. If you don’t mind sprinting 10 mins to get to the correct gate because Flight Aware gave you the wrong gate number - this is the app for you. Don’t rely on it.

Flightaware desktop website flight tracker shows flight as having departed on time and already 300 miles into the flight, meanwhile boyfriend is texting me they are still on the ground and 40 minutes delayed. So much for being “live”!

One star is not low enough. I paid this company hundreds of dollars for a set of data, but the company only delivered fragments of the specified data. They admitted that they are not capable of finding the data they advertise, but refuse to refund me.

Usually their website is accurate and I like using it to track flights. However, the attitude of one of their support staff has earned this less than sterling rating. I pointed out that their website indicated that a certain airline is scheduled to use a 737 Max 800 for a flight in two days time. However, that same airline has said in the media they are grounding that fleet.

This snooty support agent tells me I must contact the airline to ask about the plane they are using because Flightaware does not control that airline's aeroplanes. I think I know that, genius. I will not help this website again to check if the information it has is up to date.

Not to be 100% trusted. Dbl check with the destination airport. Flight AC 18 on 01/14 was showing later by 2.5 hrs, destination airport was showing on time. Checked an hour later and flight is ON TIME!
