They managed to get 16 viewers to view on one day and we sold the next day. They were very helpful and responsive to our requests, putting up drone photos to showcase the position of our property when asked. It is great that they are open 7 days a week. Every time I have phoned them they have picked up immediately and been really helpful.

Beth was really good! Approachable, takes the initiative and really gets the job done, a credit to Flexi Agent. All staff we dealt with where helpful and friendly. Would recommend as all appointments kept and on time too.

Flexi Agent took photographs and advertised our property on Thursday and by Friday they had found a buyer and sold the property. A truly outstanding service from their employees who were very professional. Having tried unsuccessfully to sell the property with other estate agents, we are truly impressed with Flexi Agents’ performance. They really do get on and do the job. Highly recommended.

My experience at Flexi-Agent has been fantastic, I've been looking for a property for the best part of a year and only came across Flexi-Agent recently, Chloe from Flexi-Agent has gone out of her way to help me find my dream home she contacted me every time a new property came on and made sure I didn't miss out on anything! Every time I contacted the office all of the girls were so professional and helped me with any queries I had and were so fast at getting me booked in to view the properties I was interested in. I will most definitely use them again and won't be letting anyone else sell my property in the future as I had great service and know I'll be well looked after!

We put our house on the market with Flexi Agent last month and very quickly a sale was agreed and the price we have accepted exceeded our expectations. Sophie came out to value the house and was extremely knowledgable and helpful. We previously had Beth value another one of our properties and again she was extremely professional and knew what she was talking about. The sales team in the office kept us updated with feedback and worked very late into the evening in order to secure us a buyer at a very good price. I would never use another estate agent after my experience with Flexi-Agent they are very good at what they do and can not do enough for you.

As the named executor I had to organise the sale of my Mum's house after she passed away last year, as I live out of the area I asked local friends for estate agent recommendations and Flexi-Agent where the one who stood out.
Found them to be very professional from the initial contact, through valuation and viewings.
They where understanding that I didn't live locally and arranged to come out and value the property the same day I contacted them and had it listed for sale within 24 hours. They also managed all the viewings for me as I couldn't be there.
They kept me up-to-date with the progress of the sale by regular emails and calls. They are driven to get the best deal for you as the seller and all those I have interacted with during the process have been courteous and informative throughout.
Highly recommend them.

WOW. Really impressed with how very efficient Flexi-Agent are. I'm looking to buy a house and I've had several viewings with lots of different estate agents, but Flexi really stand out. I've just been to view a property (at 630pm) and I called their office to leave a message and someone actually answered. I had a few queries about the property and within minutes a very helpful Lucy called me back and answered everything. I don't know of any other estate agents that would do that so late.

This is just one example of their efficient service. I highly recommend them.
