DO NOT TRUST THESE CONS AT FLEX. They showed up with a small tow behind trailer (not a full size truck) towed with one of the movers personal pickup so automatically the job took multiple runs to storage and longer than it should have. The moving guys I liked and they did ok (however someone reeked of Marijuana) Prior to the job I agreed verbally and clearly that I wanted an hourly move rate. FLEX asked me to give them an estimate of how long it would take. To help them manage their time I said up to 6 hours (at the most) but most likely much less. First, they called me in the middle of the move to try and get the bill paid in full before any items were moved off the truck (basically extorting a full payment). Don't they have any idea how stressful the move is? I was literally unloading (because I also helped) when they called. Then wanted to verify the move was almost done (so it took 3 hours). FLEX said they would bill me for the whole 6 hours and said "that's what the contract reads". I said that's not what I agreed to and if you are charging me a full 6 hours regardless than I can find another 3 hours of moving because I have other stuff I can move. "no sir that's not what the contract states" What!!! I hired you hourly!! They acted as if they finished a 6 hour job in three hours and therefore could bill for the full 6. The moving guys were even talking about their next job that day so basically I paid them for 6 hours and (I think) they went on to bill on another job! All I can say is take the two hours and read the contract carefully and disregard any verbal understandings.

Very quick friendly and efficient. They even follow up with you days later to ensure their movers and everything correctly

A huge thank you to Jeremy and Jeremy "The Jeremies"for doing such an outstanding job with my move! Despite dealing with bad weather throughout the weekend, they remained professional, positive, and hardworking from start to finish.
They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and worked efficiently while still taking the time to make sure everything was protected and placed where I wanted it.
The weather could have easily slowed things down, but The Jeremies never missed a beat. Their dedication, attention to detail, and customer service were exceptional. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

There is no way I'm paying this, I am very confused about getting an extra charge when one I was mislead on the type of truck would be moving me from the first place, no one never informed me that it was going to be a trailer and one small trailer at that. When you hire a supposed to be moving company you at least start off by letting your customers know that we don't have moving tricks only hot shots which is a truck that pulls a trailer. I spoke with one of your sales guys and he informed me that because of the misleading information that it was going to take two trips for my things because of the size of your trailer and I was not going to be charged anything further because of it. Also your movers that came you had the driver which really shouldn't have been moving anything or anybody he had to rest every time he moved a piece of furniture, the saving grace with everything was his helper which was doing most the work!! My husband which has a bad back had to help the driver/ mover with our couch we also had to move most of our things in a friend's truck due to your so could moving trailer. I've never heard of moving trailers when you are looking for a moving company, they typically come in a truck not freaking trailers the worst experience I've ever encountered in my life. Not another dime I will be informing my friends and family about the services we received.

As you can clearly see that they only care about the money no one has even called me to speak with me about the horrible experience my family had with this company, I wish I could give them no stars if it wasn't for the young man that came with the driver we would still be waiting for our things to be moved in. Please run from this so called moving company they are very unprofessional

Please do not book your service with this company, they sent there workers out with nothing loaded in the truck to be able to move me, however the 2 movers did a phenomenal job with little equipment they had , i had to go to U-Haul and rent a dolly, also they quoted me one price and then when the day of the move came they quoted me something else then they tried to charge my card three different times without my knowledge 2x while disputing the charges and one time two weeks later after the move happened very very unprofessional I ask to speak to a manager wasn't no better I would not recommend this company at all Please save your money and go elsewhere

I had a great experience with Flex. My movers were kind and efficient. They treated my belongings with care, and they showed up on time. Really not much more I could ask for!

I am disabled and had to emergency move my apartment in Miami FL due to a flood and i paid Flex Storage because they said while I was staying with friends waiting for my apartment to be fixed they had a lot storage to hold my items that I could access anytime during days. They never told me where my 2 storage units where located. I have been homeless , on housing wait lists since 2023 , over paying the flex monthly fee , now that I have a need to access my storage , they are DENYING me access and saying they can only drive my units to me at a FEE and cost for miles , instead of letting me bring my items to the location and put something in storage. As I was originally told I would have day access , I am disabled and still homeless staying at varying locations north of Miami. I have emailed Flex and spoken to 2 office people including a very unhelpful "supervisor". This storage unit service is deceptive , over priced, and takes advantage of disabled people and homeless situations. I am dealing with the worst situation and the sales pitch was how easy they would make it for me and now its more fees and more difficulty and refusing to let me access my personal items without paying a fee to them. I dont even have a home or a place for them to drive my units too so they are refusing me access to my units. Absolutely do not trust this company. Who knows where the "secure lots" are as we have zero access to our items once they leave for storage.

Thomas and D'Angelo were great. Hard workers, honest, and sincere. Got right at it and finished the job in 2.5 hours, grabbed a queen mattress and box springs at a local address that moved efficiently and carefully. Much appreciated for their expertise and swiftness.

Again disappointed. I wrote a review and explained the overcharge, damage to furniture and other problems. They responded to my review saying they would be in touch. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. Do not use this company!

Flex was professional, on time and very quick and careful while moving everything. Highly recommend them to anyone moving in Jacksonville area

The overall moving experience was great!!!! The movers were in and out in about 3hrs or so. They were very professional and was very careful with our furniture. The prices are reasonable too! I'm happy with the service and Flex to away some if the stress that comes with moving by just being great!

Everything went really smoothly, they arrived at a short notice and gave my wife and I a lot of ease with all the packing. Would definitely use them again for the future.

I have a three bedroom, three bath, two car garage house in Webster Texas and I was downsizing to a two bedroom, two bath mobile home and so I needed to move some things to a mobile home and some things to a storage. Considering that I had almost 50 years of collecting in my house & I cannot tell you enough of how Wonderful "Flex Moving and Storage" employees were. They were very respectful with my furniture. I have very big heavy antique furniture and the guys were very careful with it, they showed up on time ,and even when we had to reschedule twice because of heavy rain and thunder in my area and they were very nice about doing that. I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful Flex is🏆 I will definitely use them again and I am already recommending them to everyone I know .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Easy to schedule and work with! One of the workers DeAndre was AMAZING! The second worker was ok but arrived late and hard to locate which slowed our starting but overall good experience

I rarely ever leave reviews, but after my experience with this moving company, I felt it was necessary to warn others especially military families and anyone trusting a company to handle a major life transition professionally.

Let me start by saying this review is NOT directed toward the movers themselves. The movers worked hard, remained respectful, and did the best they could under poor leadership and terrible management decisions. This complaint is entirely about management, customer service, communication, and overall professionalism from the company itself.

First issue the company showed up with a trailer instead of an actual moving truck. I was completely shocked. Because of this poor planning, not all of my belongings even fit. I was forced to load items onto the back of my own personal truck just to complete the move in one trip. That is absolutely unacceptable for a professional moving company that was fully aware of the inventory beforehand. There is no excuse for showing up unprepared.

The second major issue involved the finance department and their complete lack of professionalism and common sense. While actively driving to the drop-off location, I received a call requesting payment information. I explained clearly that I was on another call with my bank making a transfer specifically to pay the moving bill, and I asked them to simply call me back in 15 minutes because I could not safely provide card information while driving.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, management instructed the movers NOT to begin unloading my belongings until payment was processed. This resulted in us sitting there wasting 15–20 minutes waiting for a callback that should have happened immediately. To make matters worse, I was then charged additional time because of THEIR delay and THEIR poor communication. If the movers had simply been allowed to begin unloading while waiting for the callback, none of this would have happened.

The lack of accountability afterward was even more frustrating. When I attempted to resolve the issue, management avoided communication entirely. Emails were ignored for days at a time, sometimes close to 10 days before receiving a response, and no one was willing to pick up the phone and actually address the problem directly. It felt like once payment was collected, customer service no longer mattered.

This company demonstrated some of the worst management and customer service I have experienced in a long time. Poor planning, terrible communication, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability from leadership. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to military families or anyone looking for a stress-free move. Moving is already difficult enough a company like this only makes it worse.

From the very beginning, when joseph fro Flex helped me over the phone, he gave me a phone number to contact him as needed. He was excellent and did help me several times. The two movers Jean and Terry was excellent at their job. Friendly, kind made me fell appricated and listed to I my needs.

Company was on time. Pickup was great and professional. Move in was also great. They put everything where I requested. They were quick and did everything in the time frame. I would recommend them to anyone and if I need anything I will definitely call them
