Following our survey, Simon gave us a really thorough and comprehensive report. We especially appreciated the really easy to read layout and the colour coding identification of red, amber and green issues.

Overall a very good service. Detailed report with plenty of pictures to support what was written. The team followed up after to answer any questions we had.
The report was a few days late, whilst this wasn’t an issue for us it could have been better communicated to set expectations.

I felt communication of when we could expect the full results could have been better - the results came on the 7th business day after the survey was conducted (I suppose just within their 3-7 day advertised time), but I was expecting it earlier and didn't get a good idea of by which date I could expect it when I sent a mail following up. This was compounded by the fact the seller wanted to transact asap, so it felt too long to receive it 11 days after the survey was conducted.

Very detailed building survey report for a reasonable price, I would highly recommend. Yoanna was great in liaising with the vendors to find the earliest date.

Yoanna booked me in very quickly after I made payment. The building survey was done within the same week. Very efficient. I received a summary on the same day as the survey and the full report 7 working days after.

The report was very helpful to point out areas of potential issues. However, as an inexperienced first-time buyer, I felt some of the issues highlighted were indecisive, thus, require further investigation. This is understandable as this survey is not an exhaustive review of the building (e.g. surveyor doesn't go under the carpet to check floor). I fed this back to Simon and he responded very promptly to walk me through the issue.

One thing that Flettons could do to improve is to clarify on the website that the "Hazardous materials (Asbestos, Lead and Anthrax etc" is a physical review on building material and does not include lab testing, therefore, may need further specialised testing.

Very thorough, good full buildings survey. Slight mix up with the arrangements for access to the property. Otherwise excellent, and good value.

The experience was very positive. Once we instructed Flettons the survey was rapidly scheduled and took place very soon after. The report was clear and well-written, and the surveyor provided helpful responses to the follow-up questions we had. Flettons do not provide any valuation which is the only 'minus' I would highlight. Other than that I would definitely recommend Flettons for a building survey.

I used Flettons Full Building Survey PLUS for a purchase of freehold house. From start to finish, Flettons's service was absolutely brilliant.
