Paid for next day delivery on twelve bottles of spirits.

Ten days ago. No sign of it. No replies to emails. No number to call.

Completely ignored me.

I was skeptical as I did the usual thing of checking the reviews after a purchase(!), but here is my honest review for Fletcher Drinks.

I ordered on the 23rd November for 20 bottles of wine. The website was easy enough to use and paid through shop.

I had notification of the order and alarm bells rang as I noticed that at the bottom of the email it said their contact email address was something different to Fletcher Drinks and using a Gmail account(!) this is a big no no. (come on guys, this is easy to change!)

However, on the 26th November, I received confirmation that the order was shipped via parcel force and this morning, my local parcel force guy delivered all bottles of wine.

This was a single box (unexpected for so many bottles) but each bottle was protected by air bubble bottle pouch and all had survived the journey.

I can relate to other reviews, there is unnecessary rubbish in the box. I had multiple cellophane wrappers that I guess they thought would pad out the box, but in reality, they are just discarding their rubbish in customer orders instead of using shredded cardboard.

Based on this, I would order from them again, it was a fair price for the goods received and they were delivered in tact.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Incredibly rude staff I have gone in multiple times to drop off parcels. Staff do not even acknowledge you when walk in. If you do say hello they will not say hello back and will just put out their hand. When handed back the receipts they basically throw it at you. I certainly will not be going back and would advise others not to

I ordered 8 slabs of 568ml cans of Stella which arrived in 4 boxes. What I didn’t expect was to end up with 4 recycling bags of plastic wrapping from other products and a car boot FULL of cardboard that had been used to pad out the oversized boxes they came in. I’ll need to go to the tip now to get rid of all the rubbish that came with my order which I’m not over impressed by to be honest.

Very easy to order and fast, only place that's stocks the wine l like.

I ordered two bottles of wine order number #1935 on 17th of November supposedly to be delivered between 21and 23rd of November it's 24th NO DELIVERY by your paid for Express??? delivery, I've emailed twice .. Nothing. So the One Star is far over the top, a NO STAR for me regarding this experience of FLETCHER DRINKS. Antony Bonnie, Nottingham. Ps...WHERE IS MY DELIVERY????

Your latest product - Perry was lovely, crisp and refreshing full of flavour and a joy to drink. Well done Fletchers keep up the good work, would recommend.

Ordered for the first time last week and there were no issues at all with ordering, finding our house or the order itself. Definitely recommend as drinks are usually cheaper the supermarkets!

I contacted Fletchers yesterday to see if they could deliver some Bathams to my father in law as a lock down surprise. The Bathams was delivered to his door last night and I was sent a picture via fb messenger to confirm. Such a speedy and efficient service, I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Thanks Fletchers.

Cannot fault the service as it really is first class. My neighbour and I, have both been shielding during these tough times and not once have they failed to deliver, even during the snow.

So friendly and will go out of their way to help out.

A great off-licence. Staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help out - they definitely go the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted. Very polite staff too. Selection is great too, lots to choose from. They also have great prices - it's very affordable. Never go anywhere else except from Fletcher's. They deliver on every level. Great work, keep it up.
