Fleet Planner is a simple and powerful way to help manage your fleet of heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), public service vehicles (PSVs) and vans. With our mobile app, your drivers quickly and easily conduct their daily vehicle walk-around checks in compliance with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) safety requirements. Fleet Planner is great!
We are currently using the Fleet Planner software to assist us with the general vehicle compliance and FORS accreditation requirements. We use it to manage the daily vehicle checks and defects as well as monitor the maintenance. The vehicle daily check mobile app automated the procedures allowing us to have better control of the fleet. We are able to schedule and plan all the maintenance and store the required documents in one place. We are also using the system to track driving licence checks and staff training. Having all the documents and records in one place with an easy access makes the compliance much easier.

Solution to the problem - #1 Vehicle Checklist Solution!
By law, it's a legal requirement for all commercial vehicles to have a daily checklist report each day, when using the vehicle on the roads. (This also includes owner drivers).
Going paperless, was my only option!
Fleet Planner meets all the requirements and more. Their solution is fully compliant within the DVSA guidelines.
Whether on desktop or mobile app, the system is user-friendly, and can be tailored to suit any vehicle, from car, van, 7.5T to 40T vehicles.
Each daily report check is time stamped with added notes. The sales/support team and dev team are the reason why I chose this app over the others!
Too many features and more to mention.

Very useful
We have been using the Fleet Planner since December 2019 and it really helps us to stay on top of all the deadlines that our company struggled before. The software sends email reminders of upcoming events so we don’t miss any deadline anymore. It also keeps track of all other tasks that are needed to run a fleet company efficiently. The software definitely contributed to the achievement of FORS accreditation. We are very pleased with it.

We've been using Fleet Planner for over 1 year. It helped us with vehicle's checks and maintenance plan , section ,, ask an expert " is also very helpful.
The driver vehicle check app and the fleet management system is very easy to use and handy for the drivers.
We are in better control of vehicle defects , safety inspections and MOTs .
