Flawless Cleaning Services Recenzje

It’s incredibly disappointing to leave this review after several years of positive experiences with Adonis Rosado and Flawless Cleaning Solutions, LLC. I was a loyal customer for years and even served as a reference for him on more than 10 occasions because I genuinely trusted him and was happy to recommend his work.

Unfortunately, that trust has been completely lost.

At some point, Adonis apparently decided he no longer wanted to clean for us. While I don’t understand what changed, that was certainly his decision to make. I reached out multiple times and made it very clear that if he no longer wanted us as clients, that was fine—we simply needed him to communicate that and return the money owed.

The bigger issue is that I was not only a residential customer, but my husband’s business had PREPAID Flawless Cleaning Solutions for cleaning services that were never provided. We are owed a refund. Despite repeated calls, texts, and attempts to resolve this privately, we have received no response and no refund. It has now been more than two months.

We have since been blocked on social media, yet through others we can see that the business continues to actively post and seek new customers. To continue soliciting new business while ignoring a longtime customer who is simply asking for prepaid money to be returned is extremely concerning.

Looking back, I suppose there were signs. Over the past year, the service had become increasingly inconsistent. We had always been very flexible with one another, but there were multiple rescheduled appointments, at least one no-show, and one period of more than a week when we could not reach him. He later explained that a family emergency had left him without access to his phone, which I understood and gave him the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the communication and reliability issues continued.

I’m genuinely not sure what happened or why things changed so drastically. Given our long history with Adonis, the years we supported his business, and the many times I personally recommended him to others, I never expected things to end this way.

After more than two months of trying to resolve this privately, I feel it is appropriate to share our experience so others can make an informed decision.

Unfortunately, I would caution others before using Adonis Rosado and Flawless Cleaning Solutions, LLC.

What an amazing company and group of lads Ben, Collin, bens dad and Liam worked flat out all day and and grafted hard to get the back garden cleared of rubbish and looking a million dollars once again, they looked after the property taking care not to damage anything and cleaned up after themselves I could not recommend them enough thank you all at flawless cleaning you are amazing.

This was the first time we have had our windows cleaned professionally for many years. They did a brilliant job in the pouring rain and would definitely recommend them.

Floorless have just been to clean the carpets in my three bedrooms, stairs and landing, I also had the laminate hall and kitchen done. I can't believe the difference! Thanks very much Oli at Floorless, I'm delighted with the results! 👌

They worked really hard and we are totally blown away with the results of our driveway, Patio and decking it looks brand new. Furthermore, he was so careful not to damage existing plants and potted flowers.
We cannot believe how good our patio looks. We will100% recommend Ben to our neighbours, family and friends.
Thank you Ben for your excellent work.

Both patio areas cleaned & look so good. I’d forgotten their true colour! Will have them back to do driveway soon.

A great job transforming an old stained, marked, black - spot riddled patio into one that looks as good as it has in many years. Lovely people - would recommend 100%.

It looks like we've got a new driveway. I wasn't present when the jet washing was done but I saw the machine in the van and it is pretty impressive before it has even been turned on.

The driveway now looks like new .That’s the only way to describe it .Ben is also easy going and will not hassle you in anyway .Paid him only after he made sure I was happy with the job.Highly recommended

Ben and team were excellent in cleaning our weedy driveway - it was in a bad state and Ben managed to make it look like new! Professional, punctual, friendly and very hard working. Highly recommend!

Excellent clean of my very green and dirty trampoline! Thank you Ben great service again

Really pleased with the work done , and the cleaning up at the end .
Very pleasant , very friendly , I would highly recommend .

Ben turned up with his Dad to proceed with pressure washing my long patio area out back and front path, clearing out the weeds and filling in with sand. The weather they had to contend with was challenging to say the least as I think we had four seasons in one day! They proceeded to clear the gutters and my patio just looks so much brighter - really pleased.

Ben was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He is polite, friendly & trustworthy. Communication has been excellent. The driveway looks fantastic. It’s back to its original state after being jet washed & is moss/weed free. I highly recommend Flawless Cleaning.

I’m very pleased with the work done by Ben. He is reliable and professional.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.
An excellent job!

I can't believe how good our patio looks now! Ben did an absolutely amazing job cleaning it. He was also really responsive to messages from the outset, reasonably priced, and happy to answer all our questions. Thanks Ben!
