First
First, my option when I began the rewards process was a paypal payout. Some of my deals expired before they could all be verified so #1- the amount I was forced to take less because if I didn't my other deals would expire, I took a lot of time money and energy to earn this reward. Then upon redemption, the option for paypal was not there, only next best option is Visa prepaid card. THEN once I clicked the link for redemption I received a message that my card is delayed... probably because I used a PC at work to click the redemption. This is just not okay.

Hi Rebecca. We appreciate your feedback. Reward options and values are based on the requirements completed at the time a claim is submitted, and the $500 reward selected with your claim was fulfilled in full. Your redemption was temporarily held for a standard security review and was released shortly afterward, so you should now have access to the full $500 reward. We wish you the best.

I mean I prefer the rewards where you don't have to pay for anything but I got a $5 gift card just for doing a couple of small things. A lot of it makes me worry that I'm going to end up getting money taken out of my account so I'm scared about it. Also the games are super hard to reach the level so those tasks are for months and months not something short term. I did the $5 gift card just to see what happens and see how it works out.

Thanks for the feedback, Michele! Glad you were able to earn the reward. The time investment does vary based on the deals selected and the reward value you're going for, generally the higher the reward, the more time it takes to complete that's why we give 60 days to complete the deals and qualify. Enjoy the reward.
