Fast & reliable and received exactly what I ordered.

We recently ordered 50 branded umbrellas for our primary school from Flashbay, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, James Park provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, responsive, and made the entire ordering process simple and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured everything was exactly as we wanted.

The umbrellas arrived promptly and are fantastic quality. They look amazing, are durable, and were exactly what we were hoping for. We're confident they'll serve our students and school community well for years to come.

Thank you, James, and the team at Flashbay, for such a positive experience. We highly recommend Flashbay to anyone looking for high-quality promotional products backed by exceptional customer service!

Excellent customer service by Erwan, so easy to order, always prompt communication. Even went as far to make sure it was delivered and we were happy with the product. I will be ordering from them again !!

A big shout-out to Maggie Flanagan, my Account Manager at Flashbay!

I had never ordered corporate merchandise before, so I spoke with several suppliers to compare both cost and quality. By far, Flashbay stood out from the rest.

Maggie was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond to my questions and made the experience seamless from start to finish.

One thing that really impressed me was that Flashbay was the only company that provided visual mock-ups showing exactly how the products would look with our company logo. Maggie also selected colours that perfectly complemented our corporate branding, which made it much easier to visualise the final product.

Once I placed the order, Maggie kept me updated every step of the way, right through to delivery. She also followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied with the products once they arrived.

I was absolutely delighted with the final result, and my team was equally impressed with the quality.

As an added bonus, Maggie provided a showcase featuring our company logo across Flashbay's product range. This gave me some fantastic ideas for future merchandise orders.

Thank you, Maggie, for your exceptional customer service and support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Maggie and Flashbay to anyone looking for high-quality corporate merchandise and a truly outstanding customer experience.

Good communication, quick responses, great products!!

I contacted them with a requirement with short notice. Reply was incredibly fast and helpful. Quality of goods were as expected.

My dealings with James have been great. James was very responsive to all of my questions regarding the supply of 110 "Aroma" stainless steel coffee cups. Our logo was applied to the coffee cups, and a copy was sent to me for approval. Once approved the order went into production and James kept me informed of each step along the way. Our order was received in a timely manner, and we are extremely happy with the final product.
The service we received from James has been excellent.

Incredibly understanding and prompt team, especially Christian, who helped us get great quality merch within a matter of weeks. Christian helped us understand what merch would fit within our needs and budget, and happily allowed us to play around with colours and design choices.
