The product is excellent with very high quality than most of the other thermal cups I had. I would like to applaud Charlotte, the sale person. She is super friendly and helpful. She went beyond the expectation to support me during the process, enhance the logo quality and cater my requirements. Now every member of my team has a cup with their own name, love it.

From the first email to the final product in my hands, it took two weeks. We are based in NZ and I was working with Christian from Australia, and I was highly impressed with the prompt replies from Christian and quick turn around delivery. The product itself disappeared quick and was popular, that we ordered more and received the same level of service. Once the product was received, Christian followed up again to check we had received it at our end and if we were satisfied with the end result. Erwan was very helpful in my initial query all the way to deliery of finished product. There were some delays on our end which he handled really well. His responses were very quick & informative and the pricing was also very competitive compared to other options on the market.
