James Park was whom we dealt with, he was excellent. Given the busy time of year, we took a wee while to confirm and then process but his communication was second to none. Excellent proofs, great communication and understood what we were asking for.

Maggie was amazing!
Thank you Maggie. We have a school jubilee coming up and at the last minute thought personalised pens with our school logo would be a great gift to thank our visiting VIPs. I advised Maggie that we were needed them before 17th Nov so she prioritised our order. I ordered the pens on 7th Nov and they arrived exactly a week later on the 14th. 10/10 for service and product performance
There was a bit of back and forth to get the printing right but they friendly and keen to get it sorted. The end product was exactly what we wanted and I would give it a 10/10.
