I have to say I’m very satisfied so far with my Omega 3 from fjordlabs.co.uk 😊 The package arrived extremely fast.
I’ve only been using the Omega 3 for 7 days, so it’s still too early to talk about specific effects, but my first impression is very positive and I really like the product.And no,the product has definitely no bad smell,which is a big plus for me.
The only downside is the packaging – I believe a brand like this deserves glass packaging rather than plastic, especially for a premium product like this.
Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely order again 👍

El bote vino con el sello de garantía abierto. Se mandó un segundo bote que la empresa se mensajería no entregó. Por destacar positivamente ( mucho ) el trato de la persona del servicio de atención al cliente. Me contactó rápido, me ofreció ayuda y ha repetido el envío una tercera vez.

Sentimos sinceramente lo ocurrido con el primer bote. Para nosotros, el sello de seguridad interior es un elemento fundamental, ya que garantiza que el producto no ha sido abierto ni manipulado antes de llegar al cliente. Si el sello llega abierto, consideramos que el producto no cumple nuestros estándares, por lo que actuamos de inmediato enviando un reemplazo sin coste.
Lamentablemente, tras varios intentos de entrega — incluyendo un tercer envío — el transportista volvió a tener incidencias relacionadas con la dirección, por lo que finalmente procedimos a ofrecer y gestionar el reembolso completo para no seguir ocasionando molestias.
Agradecemos mucho que destaques el trato recibido. Para nosotros es esencial responder con rapidez y buscar siempre una solución justa cuando algo no sale como debería.

Never got the parcel. The Company tried twice to deliver it, but after ten in the evening - some of us have gone to bed at that time…
