I would give them 9 stars

I would give them 9 stars if possible. The first initial contact was professional and friendly.

I was not under pressure to make a decision at any point and they answered my questions quickly and in plain English so there are little or no mis-communication.

The solar panels were installed in no time after I signed up with them. The installers explained the installation details before they started the work. I was given more information regrading the system after the installation was completed; I was also surprised that they left the place clean and took all the packaging with them.

The investment Fizz Energy made is substantial; it benefits Fizz Energy; customers but also the environment. So I am sure they are here for the long term and I am glad to be part of this journey.

Persistent to point of harassment!

I made an enquiry online and received a call back, all seemed ok. Received proposal via email, then the persistent calls started, often every hour! I made it clear on the phone and via email that the wife and I were busy with work, we would review the proposal, consider our options and reply in due course. That however didn't stop the phone calls and numerous emails saying an engineer was available to carry out a survey and trying to push dates and times on us. In the end I replied with a one liner to state do not contact me again, blocked the number and set their email address to my blocked list! Zero respect for potential customer's wishes!

We had solar installed and its working…

We had solar installed and its working great.Amazing, really easy to deal with, good guys did the install all in one day and took scaffolding down the next morning. All went exactly to plan. Already saving money, just wish we had done it sooner. And not cost me a penny..
Highly recommend these guys..

Well what can I say

Well what can I say. Excellent service from start to finish. On hand to answer and questions on phone or email.

The whole process was explained and we’re on hand to oversee the works.

Contractors used were polite, proficient and tidied up as they went along.

For anyone thinking about taking the opportunity offered I’d be happy to respond to questions on here.
