Poor workmanship and poor customer service
Leo did an expensive oven igniter repair which failed after less than 6 months. Leo scheduled a visit to replace the part again, that I would pay for. He phoned at the end of the 2 hour window to tell me the part was damaged. Sheduled another day/time and he did not show up or call. I called and we scheduled another appointment. Again, he did not show up or call. He is no longer answering his phone and does not return email. I could forgive him if he was honest and told me he would not do the repair. I have been without an oven for weeks. My elderly parents, with dementia, rely on me to cook for them, I have had to miss medical appointments that I should have attended with them and miss business appointments. Lost money and time. Very unkind and unprofessional.
