We are sorry you feel all the work has not been completed but as was explained to you on several occasions we can only repair accident damage reported .You did ask that we include other areas of damage to the vehicle and again it was explained this was not possible as we are governed strictly by the insurance company

Excellent customer service. Provided me with a courtesy car whilst my car was being fixed and kept in contact with me regarding progress. Car looks amazing and you would never know the car had been in an accident. Thank you!

Smooth customer service and good communication throughout. Car was pristine when I got it back. Superb job. Was a little dubious about using insurance contracted garages as you hear some horror stories but would have no issue using Fix Auto Politt again!

Staff were helpfull and work satisfactory
Staff were helpfull and work was carried out as quickly as possible over christmas/new year period.Had to return car for minor adjustments which were carried out quickly while I waited.
