Outstanding Service from Fix Auto Walsall
I can’t recommend Fix Auto Walsall highly enough. From start to finish, the customer service I received from Jaz and Shabana was absolutely exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.
What truly impressed me was the speed, efficiency and timing of the repairs. Due to work travel, I had very limited availability, yet they went above and beyond to accommodate this. Despite the challenges of the Christmas and New Year period, the repairs were completed earlier than expected, and I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back on New Year’s Eve.
The workmanship was amazing — the quality of the repair was flawless, and my car was returned in excellent condition. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to getting my car back to me as quickly as possible did not go unnoticed.
A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Jaz and Shabana, for such an outstanding experience. Truly top-class service all round.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. My car was collected by one of their representatives, who was courteous, punctual, and made the whole process effortless for me.
The repairs were carried out to a very high standard, and my car was returned looking as good as new. Even when an unexpected issue arose that was completely out of their control, the team dealt with it promptly and kept me fully informed throughout.

Accident repair
My car was sent to this garage after someone went into the back of me, honestly cant believe the difference the car looks like new again, kept me updated and completed the job quicker than expected very impressed. Everyone I've spoken to was friendly and polite!

They delivered a courtesy car and picked up my car for repair, the guy who picked it up was very professional and great and the same guy did the return .... I did explain that I worked nights in the NHS and they were very understanding.... I'd recommend them to any body
