Vehicle repair
It was a real pleasure dealing with the staff at M&M in Leek. They were so helpful, down to the collection of my vehicle and the time schedule for the repair work. The repair didn't take as long as expected and my car was delivered back valeted inside and out. I'm really pleased with the work carried out and would highly recommend.

Excellent quality - but took time.
Quick initial response and estimate, technically the repair is excellent and the people are great. Unfortunately once booked in there was a long time window to get the repair done. This was worsened by a phone call I got a day before expected completion to say they were waiting for parts. So the repair was still not started. Ended up being extra weeks delay.

Very good customer support.
Very good customer support and answered all my questions within 24 hour if not immediately. Be cause of a parts supply problem the repairs took longer tha anticipated. But we were kept informed and updated regularly.

Good communication and excellent service.
I have recently had an insurance repair done with M&M and the service has been excellent, initial contact was very good and the ladies in the administration team kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs at all time. Even when there was additional work needed to the car they have kept me up to date at all times. The quality of the repairs look excellent and you can’t actually tell there was ever any damage, even the colour of the new parts have been blended excellently. Highly recommend.

Have only recently had my new vehicle in the space of 3 days I had two incidents, after 35 years of driving and no accidents coupled with 25 years of motor trade experience I must say :- Motability were outstanding as were Fix autos and enterprise but what stood out from the crowd was a lady called JOANNE COLLINS WHO WORKED FOR THE VEHICLE REPAIR CENTRE CALLED M AND M IN LONGTON
STOKE ON TRENT !! From day day one she put at easy because I suffer with extreme anxiety she delt with Motability and Enterprise and at ever point she kept me up to date she deserves a special mention I do hope this gets back to her she was awesome!!

The service from start to finish was excellent. I had my car picked up from my home on 26th November 2022 and placed in a queue to be repaired. I was given regular updates by Nicky and Phil. The repair was quite tricky to the off side drivers front and was informed that it would be complete by the 9th January 2023. To my amazement, it was ready for collection a week earlier. The repair was outstanding as good as new. Highly recommended. The hand over via Isabelle was very professional, quick and easy.

Really sorry to hear this Mr Mountford. In our defense, we were messed about just as you were by the Insurer. Insisting on 2nd hand parts which they say is in your policy, the engineer from the Insurance company had to eventually back down when we were messed around so much and I insisted they call you to discuss, unfortunately they hid behind us. Late parts orders due to there 2nd hand part policy and the hoops we had to jump through to eventually get them to authorise the correct parts require. Please accept our apologies. Kind Regards.
