My car had a few paint issues and needed an overhaul to make it perfect again, Fix Auto set my mind at ease with their professional staff. The processes were explained and the work carried out. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work, the staff and communications.

Collected my wife's MX5 from home and delivered a courtesy car. Took about a week to respray the bumper and came back looking even better. Very clean inside and out. The driver who collected the car was amazing, took great care of the vehicle. This is the first time we have had to use our car insurance to ensure the work was carried out as many insurers prefer to write cars off. If it was not for Fix Auto, then this may well have been the case. We need more garages like this.

This company were hired by my insurance company to fix my vehicle. It’s been just over a year and the vehicle is finally fixed!
They initially said they couldn’t source the part for my vehicle. They said it was on back order. I only ever received updates when I chased them. They then contacted me in August (11 months after promising to complete the work) to say they had the part after finally sourcing it from eBay (I’m unsure why they didn’t do this months before). They said they would be in contact to book the vehicle in for repair shortly. They didn’t make contact. I had to chase them and only when I chased them & expressed disappointment did they finally book it in for repair. What should have been a simple repair took over a year. I only ever received updates when I chased them and even then there’s been no apology due to the service I received.
I would never use this company again

Our Audi Q5 was scratched while parked in Exeter. The culprit left the scene befoere we returned to the car.
After an online search, we took the car to Fix Auto in Crediton. We couldn't be more pleased with the way the case was handled, and with the end result, which mainly involved polishing. In less than four hours, the car was restored to exactly the shine it had before the incident.
My thanks to the team for a first-class job. On the evidence of the work on our car, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fix Auto.

The work done on the car was very good. The contacts were good, excellent staff. The only overall criticism was that it was a long time (about 4 months) from accident to finished repair. This may not have all been the fault of autofix though.

Very good repair service car was picked up and returned. Standard of work was excellent. However, communication could be better. We had to ring several times for updates and expected phone calls didn’t materialise. We were given estimated completion days but it was nearly a week before the car returned to us. On the whole though we are very pleased with the quality of workmanship on our car

Good repairs undertaken and staff very helpful. Car was returned in very ckean condition both inside and out. My only reservation was about the time this took although waiting for delivery of spare parts and the need for me to go on a pre-booked holiday in France were partly responsible.

Fix Auto is reliable. Fetched and delivered my car on time. I was delighted they could fix it rather than ‘scrap’ it! Front bumper looks ‘as new’! Valeted inside beautifully and smelt divine inside too ( what fragrance IS that?!!!) I love my car now more than ever, and am very grateful to Fix Auto. THANK YOU 🙏👍😄

Everything went smoothly, I was kept in formed how the car was coming along. The courtesy car was new and very nice! When I got my car back it was immaculate, full valet and polish made fall back in love with it!

My car was collected when they said it would be and the repairs were done to a very high standard. Communications were excellent and the car was returned to me having been cleaned and valeted.
Overall a faultless experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company and also use again if needed.

I am certain that the work that has been done on my car was the best I have ever had in terms of the whole process ( agreeing a date of the work, providing a hire car through NFU Mutual, repairing the car, and then delivering my car back to me) which was faultless. The management staff who spoke to me were cheerful and most effective. On reflection, the car was in superb condition when returned to me, properly the best I have ever had after a repair - - " As good as new" springs to mind . Thank you.

Excellent service - had a problem with the one of the doors on its return but once reported it was deal with and fixed promptly.

The repairs appear to have been completed to a high standard. However, we did experience some issues with communication, 90% of which we had to initiate. There were a number of occasions when expected telephone calls or other messages were not received. There were several delays to getting the work finished after expectations were raised that the car would be finished soon. Then another delay would be advised. We are very pleased to have our car back now and pleased with the work which has been done.
