Wonderful customer care from start to finish. Par excellence!
After initial contact with Ian at customer services at Corkhill's Hyundai in Northwich I was referred to Fix Auto Mid Cheshire.
I made contact with Steve and an appointment was arranged where Phil Chesworth and his team assessed damage to rear off-side door panel.
From then on in, I was very well looked after. Communication was brilliant throughout and Phil kept me upto date with progress and the likely finish date for me to pick up my car.
Several things struck me about this company. Attention to detail, entirely customer focused, work of a very high standard,unfailingly polite and courteous at all times.
Nothing was too much trouble.
I would have no hestitation in recommending Phil and his team if anybody needs a thorough and very professional job done.

I can't rate these guys highly enough
I can't rate these guys highly enough. I had someone reverse into me at a junction while stationary and the next day my car was in with them to replace the bumper. A special mention goes to Phil who kept me in the loop at all times. Communication was excellent via whatsapp and the repair is top class.
