The actual repair work is spot on, and reception are very friendly. However, the communication throughout the process could have been much better. I was initially told on 30/03 that I'd be without my car for around a week. On 09/04, I called for an update and was given a revised completion date of 16/04. When I hadn't heard anything by then, I called again and was told 17/04. After still receiving no update by 20/04, I called again and was then told 22/04. The only time I was proactively contacted was on 23/04 to say the car was ready. It would have been far more considerate to inform me of delays as they arose, rather than me having to chase multiple times. The repair was also booked in around 8 weeks in advance, so it's unclear why there ended up being a 3 week delay to the repairs.

Once again Fix Auto.come up.trumps from picking car up repairs then return car 100% perfect as always why go.anywhere else

Agreed collection from home and return drop off after repair all went smoothly and no hassle with great communication throughout.

The only slightest negative but doesn't warrant any star reduction is that the car was handed back in pristine washed and cleaned condition apart from the wheels that were all missed.

Would recommend and still use them again.
