These guys were amazing, even though I was messed about for getting my hire vehicle and giving my car to the garage to get fixed they smashed it out the park and got it repaired quickly. Would highly recommend

Motorhome damaged in May & eventually told to contact this repair shop. Re-sent explanation & photos regarding damage got a date to bring van up in June. Dropped it off, note I live a hours drive away, then before we left Inverness got a call that they had ordered the wrong part. Had to take it away again. Eventually, after a few phone calls over a number of weeks was given a new date. Day before I was due to bring it up reception called with a few strange questions. Apparently they hadn’t ordered the part yet? After repeated phone calls for many months Lisa on reception told me the purchaser for spares was off that week so she would look into it herself. This was a few weeks ago in November. Part was located a few hours later in a dealers in Perth, but they hadn’t paid for sending it to Inverness? It was picked up & was given a date to bring it up again. Shop manager said it would take an hour to fix? I asked about the dent repair, scratches etc, he had no knowledge of these. He had only been there a month! These were all highlighted in pictures & verbally before the van was booked in initially & it had been on site to be assessed way back in June. Left the van there & finally picked it up a few days ago. Repairs fine. Left a reflector off but that’s okay. Many Thanks to Lisa for taking the initiative to find out what was happening to the parts or I would still be waiting but the whole the management skills need to be reviewed.

My car went in for the full treatment as it was covered in scratches and some dents. It looked like a new car when I collected it a few days later. The staff and communication from them were excellent. Highly recommend!

So happy with the speed and quality of the body work Fix Auto did for my Vauxhall. They finished a day ahead of their estimated finish date and in addition they cleaned interior and exterior, so it was so fresh when I came to collect. Was thrilled! Added bonus was lovely and accommodating coordination and customer service from Shannon!

After being taken here the staff were brilliant and looked after us and our two dogs whilst we waited for a hire car. On return to collect belongings from the car Shannon was excellent. All through the process we were kept informed.

Friendly reception and patient customer service as having damage to your car can and is a stressful time. Ashgrove were flexible with date changes and were quicker with repairs needed. First class repair 👍

Many errors in the process of repairing our car including, excessive delays (our car took more than 5 months to repair what should have taken maximum a few weeks). Massive backlog so expect your vehicle to sit there for a few months before work even gets started.
Terrible communication (incorrect and inconsistent). Incompetent staff that made basic mistakes and mistreated our vehicle. Rubbish replacement vehicles. Overall would not recommend- absolute nightmare.

Good quality work and was informed about the progress of the works.
I would recommend them.

This is a very well run professional company and the standard of their workmanship is high. All the staff are easy to deal with and Shanon did a great job in keeping me informed on progress and dealing with return of my hire car. The long lead time and congested yard are reflections of how busy they are. Worth the wait to get a quality job.

Excellent service from estimator.
Went in today for my truck assessment following a lorry clipping my truck. Matt was amazing, he was really attentive, professional and thorough. It was dark and freezing, yet he took the time to do a full assessment of the damage, talked me through the repairs and gave me an honest timescale for the works to be completed. I felt very at ease with him, he was proud of the company and reassured me that a good job would be performed on my unusual custom colour of vehicle. I cannot recommend him enough. Shannon and Lisa were very nice, the whole atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Thank you Matt, you are very good at your job.

THEY MADE A GREAT JOB OF MY CAR AND SHANNON AND LISA ARE LOVELY GIRLS AND VERY HELPFUL.THE ONLY CRITICISM I WOULD HAVE IS THAT THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY TOO BUSY AND HAD TO WAIT SEVERAL WEEKS TO GET MY CAR BOOKED IN WHICH WASNT TOO MUCH OF A PROBLEM AS I HAD A COURTESY CAR

I was unhappy with my experience after waiting over 3 months for my car to be sourted, I would often phone up to see if there was any updates on the arrival of the parts however I never really felt like when I phoned I really got much assistance.

I understand that delivers can be delayed but I always thought I was left in the dark whenever I asked for an update

Procedure was straightforward. The only blight was the delay of several days in providing a courtesy car. I do realise that if you don't have one available there is a problem. The bad news for me was that I was attending Raigmore Hospital for treatment; no car was bad news with taxis at £9.00a pop.
Supply of parts seemed to take considerable time but once I had the courtesy car that was not an issue.
Would have been a 5 star assessment save for these issues.

Helpful people on reception who know what they're talking about. Would highly recommend Lisa especially.
Garage did a great job fixing my car. Flawless!

Took way to long to do repairs with car going in in June and not back til October
No communication unless we were proactive and despite promising to phone back they did not on at least four occasions.
Gave wrong information on the phone about why there were delays. Went from waiting for one spare part to 14 spare parts and back to one again.
Riley’s the car was ready by email and when I phoned they said they would be closed at weekend and when we turned up they said they hadn’t expected us. Clearly not using their own customer tracking system. Refused to pass me onto more senior managers or get a call back. Really terrible customer management.

Ashgrove Inverness - They did a great job on my car the wee things that had to go back to be done were done quickly! I especially want to mention Shannon she is an asset to your company has excellent customer service skills friendly, welcoming and made sure you know the process and explained everything clearly!

1 star is too high had car for a week and didn’t move or get looked at. I then complained as my 86 year mother couldn’t use a courtesy car but needed her car fixed after complaining to head office her car was ready end of the second week. Shannon on reception was rude, unhelpful ans unprofessional will never use this company again down to customer service no update, phone never answered and rude when attending reception shame as repair ok.

Amy in the Elgin office is a clear asset to the company and could train Shannon!
