Worry free experience. The courtesy car was delivered to the door and my car taken in for repair and everything else was accomplished via the phone. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

My car was taken here by the insurance company after receiving damage caused by a third party. Excellent service from start to finish by Connor and Gemma. I was updated throughout the process and the car repair was brilliant. When I collected the car it was fully valeted and polished like glass. I would definitely recommend Drive car body Repairs in Patchway, to anyone thinking of having body work repairs on their car!

Vehicle needed minor repairs. Came back with a scratched headlight, dash cam not connected and all without apology. Will be informing insurance company of a bad experience.

My car went in for a repair after my bonnet flew open at speed damaging the bonnet, roof and both wings. When I picked up the car it looked like new and was super shiny after a full clean and polish I am so pleased with the outcome.

Fast efficient and friendly service

Two days late in completing the repair. Didn't contact me. I had to ring them to find out. My rear bumper was replaced but they then put the cracked rear number plate back on! It wasn't part of the insurance claim but I would have thought they could have replaced it in the £2700 bill - ornat the very least rung me and asked if I would like a new one. Repair seems okay but customer care minimal. Seems very expensive as well for the insurance company. Someone hit mencar while parked and drove away. I thought I might get a new number plate at least for my £325 excess but no.

Quick and fast repair and was very helpful when I called for updates.

What a great company to deal with. Exceptional service from start to finish. Every member of staff that I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. The work done on my car was done efficiently and wel within the time scale given, leaving my car like new. A total valet was unexpected but most appreciated. Busy place and friendly staff. Dropped the car off on the Monday and collected the following Tuesday, a slight delay on the delivery of new trim required. Was kept updated as were the courtesy car company. Work done looks top notch and an unexpected courtesy valet…fair play!

My daughters car was hit by flying debris whilst driving which unfortunately caused a lot of damage. There was no third party to claim from so we called our insurance company, Aviva, to report the incident. They gave us a list of local repairers and we chose Fix Auto Bristol North due to a previous positive experience with them. I received a call from Connor a few days later to book the initial inspection appointment. I met with Mike who assessed the damage and he was able to get the repair booked straight away as we did not require a courtesy car. I was kept up to date with the progress of the work by text and email. Six days later, I received a call from Connor to say the car was ready to be collected. From our insurance company to the team at Fix Auto the process was straight forward and fuss free from start to finish. The quality of the repair work is excellent too. I enjoyed a chat with Connor and Lisa when collecting the car - they are really lovely people and a credit to you there. Obviously, we hope not to need your services again but would choose your team and highly recommend you to others.
