could not be happier with the service i received at fix auto bradford south.the team went above and beyond with my van repair and back to me before the time expected gleaming inside and out.first class service,well done everyone.

The lady I spoke to (sorry can’t remember her name?) She went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to me the same day as I needed it for my business the next day. Picked my van up in the morning and had it repaired and delivered back to me before 2pm, can’t ask any better than that. Top repair too.

Fix auto contacted me and arrange to collect car from my address took it away they called to say what work was needed and gave me a timeframe ..
Was contacted when job was complete and car was dropped back off at home .
Everyone that i had to deal with at fix Auto were very polite and professional they did the repairs they said in time frame they said excellent service would highly recommend

Excellent service from their first contact to final delivery of our car. Everyone was so efficient kind friendly and reassuring. The work was done in the time they said and to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

After a short easy phone call, I had an appointment. I dropped my car off at 9:00am for a stone chip repair. The manager explained informatively what they would do. I received a call later that day to say my car was ready. I was very pleased with the results. The employee's I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service - really friendly, helpful and prompt. Got my car's door fixed within the quoted time and got a saving on a recycled door. Brilliant end result.

Car picked up and returned on time. Work that was carried out was great and came back clean and valeted. Communication could have been a little better, was told the repair would probably only take a week but ended up being nearly 2, thankfully I had a courtesy car.
