Der beste Service in meinem langen Leben. Durch einen Fehler in meiner Adressenangabe, konnte die Bestellung mich nicht erreichen. Der überwiesene Betrag wurde vorerst zurück überwiesen, aber - man staune - das bestellte Teil gleichzeitig noch einmal an mich verschickt . Nach Erhalt habe ich dann den ausstehenden Kaupreis überwiesen. Die gesamte Korrespondenz zeichnete sich durch verblüffende Geduld und Zuvorkommenheit aus. Superb!

Die Kommunikation ist eine Katastrophe. Man bekommt weder auf eine Reklamation noch auf einen Stornierungswunsch überhaupt eine Reaktion per E-Mail.
Der bestellte Artikel wurde in einen viel zu kleinen Karton gestopft und dadurch irreparabel beschädigt.
Letzte Möglichkeit: Lastschriftrückgabe über die Bank bzw. Fall eröffnen bei Klarna.

Manque de transparence / Produit indisponible et pas de Remboursement à ce jour
J'ai pris contact avec cette entreprise pour connaître la disponibilité d'une pièce avant commande, il m'a été confirmé que la pièce était disponible. J'ai commandé le 09/12, j'ai été débité dans la foulée, le 15/12 j'ai reçu un mail m'indiquant que la commande a été annulée pour indisponibilité de la pièce et que j'ai d'ores et déjà été remboursé. En revanche, au 19/12 à la consultation de mon compte bancaire, rien n'apparait et l'entreprise n'est pas joignable par téléphone et n'a pas répondu à mon mail.

Customer service was quick to respond and super helpful when I reached out (I failed to notice there were two separate DHL tracking numbers texted to me). Will 100% be back if I'm ever in need of new parts.

Keine Ware erhalten!
Nach 3 Wochen noch immer keine Ware erhalten. Keine Reaktion auf Emails, erst nach Falleröffnung bei "Klarna" wurde reagiert und behauptet die Ware würde in wenigen Tagen zugestellt werden. Aber auch das war wieder nicht der Fall! Schauen wie es jetzt weitergeht, zum Glück nur eine kleine Summe.
