Fivestaroutfit customer service support team review
This review only refers to the customer service from fivestaroutfit.
I made a order for clothes and decided just minutes after that to cancel the order, hours after that anna from Fivestaroutfit customer service decided to contact me.But instead to cancel the order she asked if there would be an alternative solution so that I dont cancel my order.I answered with no her response was that she will contact the department which is responsible for cancellation I replied with the question of how long would it take.After that there was no response from Anna.So again I reached out to the Fivestaroutfit customer service, this time Maria answered.I stated the facts from before and she replied to me that after looking futher in my order it could be not cancelled because it was shipped already...
I did not get a shipping notification,which did not make any sense.Again I requested the cancellation of my order the same day made the order so there should be no reason for that the cancellation didnt go through.A day after my response to that answer I got the notification that my order is now shipped.Luckily the clothes came in a good condition.I contacted the customer service again for another matter there was one reply from maria but to my response to her e-mail I didnt get an answer till this day.
So overall the clothes came in a good condition.But I suggest that you only order clothes when you are 100% sure that you want to get them.Since apperently they will not accept a cancellation of the order even though the cancellation happened at the same day as the order was took.
The Customer Service support Team is in my opinion really bad especially in communicating.Them reaching back to you takes days even weeks.All the answers I got from them felt like them stalling till the cancellation would not be possible anymore.

I made a mistake ordering from them…
I made a mistake ordering from them after I saw reviews so I immediately tried to cancel my order. I get an email from Anna from support which ended her saying she would wait for my reply. Once I reply I get no response from her. I email support again, and get the EXACT same email that I previously received. It's clear that they send a generic response email to anyone who contacts their support email. Honestly, it's my fault for not looking them up before falling for this scam. I still have gotten no word from them about my canellation or my order in general. Please don't let them screw you over like they've done to countless people. Looking at the positive reviews irs obvious that theyre all fake

We state on our website that you can cancel/change the order within 24 after you place the order.
After that, it will be very hard for us to manage all the requests while communicating with the right department witch is the warehouse team.
I can understand your feelings after reading some of the comments on Trustpilot, I feel sad that this made you feel that you had to cancel the order.

Didn't receive ordered items / Repeatedly no answer from support
Really disappointed from Fivestaroutfit.com.
After a initial very friendly contact with Maria from support (give her a raise!) I ordered a Fivestar Strand Corduroy Pants in Size M on 9th October 2021.
After the confirmation from my PayPal account, that the payment has been processed, I didn't get a confirmation mail from Fivestaroutfits.
As this sometimes happens, I didn't think too much about it.
On 16th November I send a mail to the support, that I did not receive the product or a confirmation mail yet.
As there was not an answer on the 19th, I wrote a *bumper* mail.
No answer till yesterday, so I sent a mail again.
No answer. Either this is a scam website or the support mail has been discontinued.
It's always a gamble ordering online, but this time I got really disappointed.

I ordered from the store in a jacket on…
I ordered from the store in a jacket on September 30th. On November 10, I sent them a message, "what is my order?I want my money back" On November 12, the alk China mission began. Arrived November 21 in Rozenburg, Rozenburg, NL, The Netherlands. Today is November 24th and my house has not come yet (Greece). logically and the product will not be good with what I read in the comments. All those who put five stars show that they have been made by the same person because in all the messages he writes "Best Regards Anna / Fivestar support team" .

due to the very high volume of orders worldwide with Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and covid-19, in general, will lead to delays for us and all other online stores during this time.
We are truly sorry for your wait, and really want to help you. Please do contact us, so we can look up your order ID and tell you when your order is at your house.
We do state on our website that we have up to 5 business days lead time + up to 12 business days shipping.
Sometimes it's out of control if it takes a longer time than that.

Bad product and costumerservice
First at all I thought that they are selling from Europe and not from China. Second when my stuff arrived (one pair of pants), one of the sews came off after wearing them one time. I contacted "five star" and asked for an refund to get my money back. Since today I didn't got even an straight answer just always that I should be patient and wait for their answer. Yesterday I got the information that they are sending me again a new product as compensation but this was never what I really wanted. Also the prices for the product's ridiculous overpriced.

Since we don´t have your name, it´s hard for me to tell you what to do. But as we say to the costumers who get a products witch is not as described, a new one will be sent to you with no cost.
This is what we have offered you as well. We can not accept refunds on products witch are sold on Sale, just as any other store in the world.

Not worth it.
The shop claims to be based in Norway but my package shipped straight from China. In short, this is nothing more than a shamelessly overpriced reseller.

You point out that we have stock in China, and ship our products from there.
That's right, we have our own warehouse in China, where we have our own manufacturer who makes the clothes we sell for us. Like an average of 78% of all clothing stores worldwide, it is manufactured in China. This does not automatically mean that there are bad products, or one that sells with profit as motivation.
We also have the environment in focus as we do not want to transport and pollute more than necessary. So instead of sending to a warehouse in Europe, and then sending it to a costumer later on, not only does it harm environment, but it's also inefficient.
We have hand-picked all our goods, all of which go through a quality check after production and before being sent out.
