Ripoff
Bought a Nikon rechargeable battery from them off Amazon. Wouldn't charge beyond 8-9% and was useless for my camera.
When I tried to remedy this problem with them they refused.

Increased the price of the item
Bought an item for £49.99 on 17 January 2026. I received a refund on 18 January.
Fivercam said on email that the item was already sold that is why they are cancelling it.
I looked at the website and found that the item was still there, same product code, says on stock, but with £125.00 price now.
Definitely not a good business practice.
Would have been a bit better if they said they made a mistake in pricing, but lying, not good.

Is mainly sell used cameras the instructions are normally not included (and probably not part of the listing). But we can try to find you a user manual in .pdf format.

Bought a lens from their Amazon outlet. Lens in good condition works as should and is very clean. Fast despatch (arrived early). All in all a great transaction. Will defiantly use Fivercam again

Not worth a picture
Very poor service of this company. I raised a concern about a camera. It was almost like it was to much trouble. The camera did not meet my needs. Items were also mix matched. Careful with this company.
