Extremely disappointing customer service
Extremely disappointing customer service having bought a vanity unit that a plumber said was dangerous to fit as he felt it did not have adequate support.
Over 2 days looking for answers and not getting one phone call back I ended up having to drive to the warehouse a 2 hour return drive just to get them to open a box and check if I was missing parts.
This could have been dealt with so much more professionally. I have lost all faith in this retailer.

Prompt delivery of quality product, as described on website
The chairs were exactly as described on the website. The staff member I spoke to by phone was very helpful and quickly fixed a minor issue with the stock quantity that could be ordered on the website. The delivery to Dublin was prompt.

Purchased 2 chairs and got email to…
Purchased 2 chairs and got email to collect in Curraheen on Saturday Went there for 9am and no chairs The lady I rang on Friday also confirmed they would be there Was then told to collect at the shop in Manor at 11 am as they had to be collected from another warehouse Had driven from Killarney and went home and back again for 11 when I picked them up I had driven 130 km to collect 2 chairs
