Order taken and not delivered back in March. I have tried to contact the company on different occasions to give them an opportunity to respond with no reply. Complete farce. Recommend avoiding them.

Ordered £100 worth of balls for my classes and never received the order, no communication whatsoever, total scam company. Should have checked reviews first, you live and learn.

As previous people have said, they take your money yet do not supply the goods. Zero correspondence to emails when you ask for updates. Trading standards have been informed. Had to retrieve my money through chargeback.

How is the website still trading :/ AVOID

Just in case check the bank statements. I only noticed after the 3rd and 4th deductions were reserved. I didn't even order anything. Thankfully the bank protects against these things. Weird thing is o dont know how the first deduction was made since the card has the visa secure option, which means no new store should be able to take money using card details without app or message confirmation

DO NOT BUY - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER! COMPANY IS NOT OPERATING ANYMORE. THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.

Take your money and don't deliver. They don't reply to any methods of contact either. Complete charlatans. Had to raise a claim with my credit card company.

one star is too much. I wish I'd looked at the most recent reviews. Order placed, money taken, no order has arrived, no response from email sent. If any one from the company see this I'd like a respose ASAP.

Ordered on 15/8/24, money deducted £150 from my account but still no product delivered by 3/9/24. Cannot get response via phone or email. Cannot get refund as no one will respond.

nothing has arrived and then are asking me to leave a review. Still waiting for my product. Looking at the other reviews, I don't think it will arrive

No Stars from me! Ordered goods, paid and nothing arrived. Do not buy from this company. Must be fraud. I will report to trading standards, suggest others do as well. Could take to small claims court but such a bother for £20.

Since placing my order 24/7/24 £99.95 for 2 pack Pilate Bender Balls and carry bag.Order allegedly sent 26/7/24, my money banked 25/7/24!
After numerous emails to FITSUPPLIES, reply on 2/8/24 from CJI Retail Group Customer Services saying my order being sent from supplier directly???WHo are they/ What is their trade name? Contact info?
11/8/24 sent an email and 18/8/24 as no reply. Will go to my bank to report FRAUD.

Why is Wowcher still advertising deals from this company? They don't exist anymore, which is quite evident from the lack of response to contact from me and others regarding non delivery of a incline workout bench.

Order placed 2nd June supposedly for next day delivery. Still not received goods. All email requests for an update on delivery have been ignored. Chat function on website totally useless only tells you order has been fulfilled when it hasn't even been dispatched. Complaint registered!

I wish I'd read the other reviews before I ordered. Same story, I was expecting next day delivery still haven't received product. Unable to contact the company and emails have been ignored. I have now registered a dispute.

Made an order over 6 weeks ago which has not been received. All attempts to contact the company have failed, as you don't get a reply. Their phone number is a premium number and no-one calls back. This company is a SCAM, so please DON'T USE. Their website looks good but there is nothing else good about them :(

After trying to get hold of this company for 3 weeks via email, phone and Facebook messenger I've had to report it as fraud via my credit card company. Don't use this company.
