I ordered a Fitbit strap and I never received it. Emailed them several times but no response.
My advise don’t order from this company

The strap I received was incorrectly advertised and didn’t fit my watch so I returned it. Sent the company multiple emails to ask about the status of my refund and all were ignored. It’s been months and they haven’t replied to any attempts at contact. Never given my money back - they are a scam!

Sent completely the wrong strap. Wrong colour for wrong watch. Emailed customer services twice to request a refund. No response. Received an automated email supposedly from Andy the Founder of Fitstraps UK asking if I my strap had arrived safely. I responded to that, explaining the issue and copying in customer services again. Still no response. Today I received yet another email from Andy asking me to leave a review - and here I am. This company is a mess. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

They say they are in Ireland, not Chinese products, I live in Ireland and supposedly my order was delivered in two days, it took a week and the product is completely Chinese, who the hell is producing this kind of small and cheap products in Europe? NO BODY IS DOING

Disappointed with my order of a strap for an Inspire 3 Fitbit. Took weeks to arrive and the buckle then snapped off in days. I then found that I could order an genuine Fitbit strap for less with free delivery the next day. I won't use Fitstraps again for Fitbit straps although they might be ok for other products.

Don't order these if you are in a hurry - placed an order on 17th July and finally received them on 10th August.

Their customer service were quick to respond when i chased my order, but when I requested that it's taken way too long (should have been despatched within 4-9 days of order) and I'd like a refund they said they can't do that as yet, and that I'd need to wait until they arrived.

I've since read reviews that you return them and never receive a refund, so I'll keep hold of them but won't buy from them again.

Also, hadn't realised they were coming from China as they were simply placed in their Chinese packaging inside another plastic wrapping.

This will go down as an epic fail on my part for not having done my research on the company :(

Still not had a reply from my emails from a poor quality strap that wasn't what I ordered, no after sales at all avoid this terrible shocking scamming company.

It arrived promptly. It fitted well and am pleased with the quality of the strap.

WATCH STRAP NOT THE ONE I ORDERED. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS YOUR EMAIL. WOULDNT RECOMMEND AT ALL. STAY CLEAR.

I bought this strap because FitStrapsUK advertised it as being compatible with my Garmin Forerunner 35. Unfortunately, it did not fit my watch at all, despite trying everything to make it fit. (Bought original now and it fits).

I returned the strap to the address provided and requested a refund. Since then, I have emailed customer service three times asking for an update. I have not received a single reply, nor have I been reimbursed for my returned strap.

At this point, it feels as though nobody is reading customer emails. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, especially if you may need to return an item or request a refund. No communication whatsoever. But they were very quick at taking money.

The quality is very bad

The quality is amazing, the selection of colours is also very varied and the customer service was fantastic. Have had my strap for almost a month and it still feels brand new. Andy was amazing and was on hand to answer any queries I had. The straps themselves were delivered within 2 days from ordering and were very easy to install. 5/5 for me.

I got a strap for my fit bit back in 2023 and 3 years later it’s still going strong and I wear it every single day, in the gym, out of the gym. I just ordered a new one as I fancied a newer one, where having it for 3 years the colour had faded slightly but still perfectly functional. Will always buy from Fitstraps!

Used for my 70 mile ultra and a great replacement

I ordered a replacement strap on the 7th June and it finally arrived on the 27th. I checked the business was UK based before ordering, but the item has come from China. I have a Versa 4 fitbit and the strap ordered said was for a Versa 4 but it does not connect to the watch face. Disappointed in the delivery time and obviously the fit. Hopefully the returns process will be better. They state based in UK, but return emails in the middle of the night, so do not fully trust this.

The strap arrived quickly but it wa faulty. I emailed their help desk 3 times over the course of a week and got no response, I messaged them on Facebook, no response. I called them - call couldn't be connected.

So, im out of pocket and furious.

Strap broke after a few weeks. Repeated attempts to contact customer service through the website and via email led nowhere.

Placed an order in May, received the incorrect item that I purchased, immediately emailed them explaining this, days went by and still no response so I emailed again. Two weeks later still no response. No refund and an item that I don't want. Having to go through my bank for refund. Do not recommend. Customer service is terrible
