I have taken this product for 2 months now and haven’t lost any weight at all!! Having spent 100 pounds on 3 months worth, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement!! I also can’t seem to find a contact email to complain or get my money back. I’m fuming 😡

Worse part of all this I see Klarna is endorsing it by allowing fitsmart to take money off innocent people. That means their scrutiny of these scammers is poor. If you paid by card like I did claim money back if possible by reporting g it almost a theft.

Dragons Den's Reputation in tatters

I also spent £99 and totally conned. I also only purchased because I trusted the 'experts' on Dragons Den. If they have not supported this product then they need to be very vocal on social media and warn people and they should probably take legal action. Unfortunately I am like all the other reviewers and do not have the luxury of holding the company who make FITSMART Fat Burner to account. Give us our money back!!

Thank you trust pilot as i was literally just about to ordee what seems to be what everyone else has been scammed with and i thought i will just do an outside review check. Fingers crossed for everyone to get their money back

Myself 26 and my nan have split a bundle and have both taken them and haven’t lost 1 bit of weight in 3 weeks! I can’t find an email for a refund. Don’t waste your money

FIT SMART are trading under the Dragon Den success and scamming people out of thousands of pounds, this needs to be stopped.
I have been scammed, as many others have. I have paid 99 pounds to gain weight and not lose it!
I have not stopped thinking about food, I have waited for one week for something to happen but to actually, gain another pound is soul distroying.

Just a con, not as adversed on Dragons Den. Not lost any weight. Needs to be invested.

My payment is still pending so no money has yet been taken and I have checked on delivery and nothing has been sent yet so please just cancel this order as I do not want the product. I have also asked American Express to investigate should any money attempt to be taken from my account from this company

I have taken this product for over a week and nothing has happen. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying this product. What a waste of money

I’m just ordered these and it was showing Debra from dragons den outside boots I thought it was genuine. Wish I had read this first .

Would give it no stars if I could - total scam, spent £99 lost nothing except my money then discovered it was using reputable people and shows like Dragons Den to advertise it falsely reported it to PayPal who have done nothing to help me get my money back and they want me to return the bottles at my cost to ship to Germany! I only have one tub as binned the others! So much for money back guarantee - avoid these at all cost

Thanks to Trustpilot I have avoided being scammed. I have been using Trustpilot recently to check out different companies and find it very helpful. I suspect I have saved several hundred euros. Thanks for your help

This product is a huge failure as it can lower your metabolism and you in fact gain weight , which happened to me - They accept it does not work in an email back to meo the returns policy is a joke as you can only return unopened container, how can you try it without opening it and you only get 14 days not a month as advertised!!! DO NOT buy this product

This is more 'snake oil' - it doesn't work at any level. Use the pot for storing aspirin

I ordered 3 x £33.00 bottles of Fitsmart expecting miracles, that I could get my weight under control. However tablets arrived, I took them exactly as advised, however if anything I felt hungrier than normal and they did absolutely nothing for my weight. I would strongly advise you NOT to buy this item. I contacted the company regarding returning the item, I can only return unopened bottles costing me £33 for the bottle which I had to open to trial them, then in addition I have to pay minimum £19.50 to return this item to Germany, a total loss to me of £52.50….What a joke….

I was stupid and gullible in the middle of the night at a low ebb to believe their nonsense and place an order.
Their website advertised using Dragons Den and Boots. Then it tricks you into ordering 5 bottles for £129 plus postage. The next morning upon reading reviews and warnings, including one from Deborah Meadon of Dragon’s Den, I realised it was all a scam. I requested a refund, to cancel my payment and any subscription I had inadvertently agreed to. Fortunately I was able to cancel the hidden subscription on PayPal but I never received a reply from the company until - would you believe - they knew it had been delivered!! Then they stated that “as I had received my order I should return the package and once they received it they would refund”.
Yeah right.
Not believing them for one minute, a belief confirmed by many reviews, that I would never see the money again, I opened one of the bottles and tried the capsules. They made me feel dreadful - drowsy, tearful, dry mouth, distended abdomen; quite I’ll. I emailed the company again threatening a poor review and that I would report them to the advertising standards agency and whoever I could to expose them for their scam unless they paid my refund through PayPal. I have neither a refund nor a response from them, so now my mission is to prevent them doing this to anyone else.

I was interested in trying these slimming tablets, but I did look on the Boots website thinking I would buy them from the Boots store but could not find them anywhere on their site or I store so did wonder if when I read the negative reviews that I was better giving them a miss
