Found my online training with AFA a good experience. Not too much dramas and questions were answered promptly.

very professional and going into details in every subjects....

I found my learning experience great with AFA. Great lecturers and I found student support quick with their responses to my questions. I really needed to be able to do this at my own pace as I have 3 small children and worked part time so doing it online was easy for me. The resources were excellent and appropriate for the job.

I do think that aside from the feedback of a PT mentor that perhaps a short video of the student performing a movement with a client would be useful so the teacher could give feedback and see how the student operates.

Really enjoyed my learning with AFA & highly recommend them.

Overall I had a good experience with Australian Fitness Academy. I think the 5 day** turnaround for assessments (which never ended up being 5 business days instead more really let them down). Especially when you're trying to move through the course and are on a roll.
The team were always very responsive which was great, and always answered all questions.
A lot of the assignments had to be done in Adobe PDF, and did not always work properly, you often wasted time deleting spaces so that you could see what you were actually writing as the templates were not set to new each time.

One of the best institute for fitness and sports. Learning platforms are very strict and detailed, but it's makes extreme professionals.

If you want to get certified, they are helpful & friendly to deal with. Then I suggest you should definitely consider Australian Fitness Academy, win, win.

The staff at all times have been helpful, polite and professional.

I did Cert 111 sports trainer course and while support was excellent I found content of this course was more along lines of Personal Trainer and not Sports trainer related

Great resources which help throughout your studying. The staff are very helpful and easy to contact. The program flows in a logical sequence. It made my life easier by being able to study long distance as I live regionally so I was able to keep working whilst still studying without the extra expenses of living away from home. The coursework is achievable you just need to apply yourself and stick to your goals. A fantastic way to gain experience, knowledge & attain your fitness qualifications so you can continue doing what you love and that is helping others to find their fitter selves and achieve their goals.

I enjoyed my studies with Australian Fitness Acadamy, I found the material useful and comprehensive and there was always someone at the other end to help with any questions I had. A really good foundation.

Student support was average. Updates on sector training changes, i.e. new training standards which made current training obsolete, was not conveyed to students until after assignments were finally complete.
Poor communication around such an important issue.
Student support was ok without being good.

so greatfull for what you did for me.your understanding of my low computer and typing skills meant a lot.
