The Coaching and Support teams are so responsive and actively involved in the in-app community and via 1x1 emails and messages. The member community is amazing and positive. such a refreshing experience over so many other online and social media platforms. The information, workouts, nutritional guidance, and overall healthy living focus is OUTSTANDING. I am healthier and more active today, at almost 59 years old, than I was at 49. I joined this program in early 2024 and it continues to be my go-to community for healthy learning and sharing the journey with other positive, supportive woman.

I LOVE sugar! Super Fuel fixes this for me. What a treat! I am shocked at how good it is. I asked Grok to compare for me buying a separate protein powder and a green vitamin mix and combining the 2 into a smoothie or going with Super Fuel. Grok analyzed both options for me and recommended Super Fuel for price and nutrition. Really glad I did. I drink it every morning

The fit mother project BLOWS ME AWAY! I live on a tiny island literally in the middle of nowhere. I have an APO address (military) and not all companies ship to them. Our packages take 2+ weeks to get here and things often disappear enroute. Their customer service EXCELS! Their product is my absolute favorite (super fuel shakes)! I won't bother with any other shake. Ingredients, price, and quantity are unmatched in my opinion. Thank you fit mother project for this product AND your help in getting me such a great product!

I have been a member since 2023 and on a serious health journey since March 2024. The elements needed for healthy and sustained weight loss and health benefits are completely there if you choose to follow them. The app is awesome and the community is great. Coaches are in the threads throughout the day and available by email or Zoom for more specific needs. I don't buy any of the supplements except SuperFuel (because I truly feel better on it than others) and nobody harasses me to buy their products. I have lost 45 lbs and am currently at my maintenance weight, while building muscle mass and strength. This program is the real deal. As for people saying things about no response to emails, etc, this has not been my experience at all. It makes me wonder if they're commenting on the wrong company or if they're just trying to be trolls.

Great taste. The Fit Mother Protein powder is perfect to add to my smoothies, oatmeal, and yogurt. The vanilla is my favorite flavor.

The Fit Mother Project has been a very doable program for me. For someone like me who has struggled with her weight off and on throughout adulthood, the program is achievable and sustainable. I like the simplicity of the food program and workouts. The videos are super informative and the chat is very inspirational and motivating. I highly recommend this to others.
