My experience through out this course was amazing .great work , great support . Fitted in to my busy life great and loved the extra knowledge given .I felt this course went more in-depth with details than other online courses I’v done . The support given is still there as well which I love . Even when qualified any help need you just have to ask. Thank you excellent team .

Fantastic support through out the personal training qualification , extremely approachable and friendly teaching with lots of hands on experience. The course was enjoyable, informative and interesting the work load wasn't overwhelming so it fitted around a busy lifestyle.

I've been training with Dan and been part of the fit fast team for over a year and the results I've achieved in that time both physically and mentally have been immense.
