Ordered a kath Kidston Christmas Journal on August 4th 2021. £19.99. Had email in september advising would be a couple of week late. Oct 5th - email advising out of stock and could have refund followed by email 30 mins later saying they'd credited it to their fishpond account and no refund coming. Have emailed them - no response. Don't order from this company - they're a scam!! Will never use them again and or recommend them. Where is my money please!!!!

Paid for a book supposedly in stock but delivery turned out to be more than one month away. Needed to cancel because I needed the book for work before then. Tried the cancellation on the website which didn't work. Emailed customer services to ask them to do it. No reply to repeated emails. They billed me and now I have the book. No idea what I do now - this company clearly doesn't care about it's reputation and no doubt will change their name when it's sufficiently toxic. Getting away with it while they can.

2 missing books, followed up with somebody in Findpond called Jaiko and no updates. Not gonna buy from them

I have ordered a product I have not received it wasctold they couldn't trace the tracking or where the item was and I want a refund but have had no reply from my emails I'm not impressed and I want my money back

It took a while for the order to arrive, but arrive it did.

Made an order in early June, it’s July when my order is supposed to get here, didn’t get any updates on my order, contacted support, was informed my order was canceled due to possible fraud but was never told about it in any way, product is going for crazy amounts now when I could’ve gotten it from somewhere else before all this. Honestly I’m just more disappointed then angry, I saw all the bad reviews after I made the order and had hope I’d be one of the few lucky ones but now I’m just left here writing this review like everyone else.

Great price and free shipping on hard-to-find item! I'm checking in with them now, every time I can't find an item I seek elsewhere.
