A few years ago we started working with First Point Insurance.
Since our first appointment, when we changed Health Plans, we have been treated exceptionally well! The various doubts or needs were always quickly clarified and met. They have been tireless in seeking the best result with Cigna and have always helped us when we have difficulties with it. I recommend First Point Insurance's services, including to my children who also use it, when possible.

I cannot recommend First Point enough. They deal with all our business and personal insurances and have done for a few years now.

Recently (sadly) I had to make a claim on life insurance and without the help from First Point dealing with the underwriters, I would have struggled. They constantly kept me updated and took all the stress out of my hands.

Even with other insurances, they are quick to come back to you and as a client, their customer service has been fantastic.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend First Point in the slightest.

Ended up with good policy at realistic price. We covered policy in full detail over several phone calls and everything I requested was confirmed by email so can only give 5stars

Searched online extensively for an imported car insurance and it wasn’t a good experience but fortunately found M/s. First Point Insurance. They provided a very competitive quote compared to competitors.
I was pleased to see that it was a comprehensive deal as well as not a burden on the pocket.

I specially like to thank Mr. Gary Adair at M/s. First Point Insurance for arranging the insurance cover for my vehicle. He is a thorough professional and his team members are also very supportive, who provided help and supported even in the absence of Mr. Gary Adair.

I called up and bought a car insurance policy from First Point. They did not inform me that they are charging me 80 GBP fee during the call. I only discovered the fee when I requested to cancel the policy within the 14 days cooling off period. They refused to refund the fees even though they did not disclose about the fees when I bought the policy. In addition, they were extremely rude and pushy when I brought up the issue. I felt the main issue here is the lack of honesty and integrity, and the lack of desire to treat customer fairly.

Avoid at all cost. Find someone else you can trust with full confidence that they will support you when you have to make a claim. I will be informing my colleagues and friends not deal with First Point for any insurance.
