Scammers! They took away access to my emails that I bought. Now I can't access my accounts. I've tried to contact support but they haven't responded for many days. I paid several times to upgrade my ticket status to ‘critical’ but my ticket still has a status of ‘low’. I do not recommend Firstmail, you will waste your time and money and lose access to your accounts.

I got kicked out of my email, I can’t login back in tried to reset my password and it didn’t work I tried login with old and new password it wouldn’t let me login back, I wrote to the help help center and got no response from them, I use the acct just for gaming and now I can’t login to my game cuz I need to a confirmation code which was send to my email, I have been trying to retrieve the email account but got no response from the help center I think it’s so unprofessional, just a bad experience this website I will definitely it use this website and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone,

Scammers alert, this web full with scammers they will ask you to paid for a quick help center response, take ur money and still won’t respond back worst app ever I will definitely not recommend it all the 5* reviews probably a paid peoples, just waste of time if I could give it a 0 I would do so just useless and scammers

One of the worst help centers ever, I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this website service, I paid a 2€ for the help of recovering my email account and got no response, decided to write them another email now my email has been blocked to no reply, just bunch of scammers totally bullshit,

Support not answer , Already paid $2 and still not upgrade my ticket. Is this site are close?

I bought several mail twice. Everything was fine. The third time, they sold me emails with blacklisted domains!

The telegram bot does not respond to requests to replace this garbage. The support on the website promised to help, after a few days they simply closed the request without any response!

Scammers! I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from them!

Good mail company, but their promise with support being 1-2 days is a lie. I've waited 4 days and still no response.
