We recently moved our services to Firstcom Europe and had the pleasure of working with Carly Winrow during the porting process. Our previous supplier was extremely difficult to deal with, which made the transfer more complicated than it should have been. Carly went above and beyond to keep everything on track, consistently chasing updates, keeping us informed, and making sure nothing was missed. Her persistence and clear communication really made the difference and took a lot of stress off our team. Thanks to her hard work, our numbers were successfully ported with minimal disruption. Highly recommend both Carly and the team at First Comm Europe.

Their personal service has been first rate. Far and away more than I would have ever expected. My father has been a longstanding customer, but now has very modest needs. The support from Collette Green and Carly Winrow has been sympathetic and responsive. This was to transition his line to digital.

The team, including Charlotte and Jim, were supportive from the initial visit through to installation. Regular dialogue was maintained throughout and timing for installation met with engineers being polite and communicative

Excellent service, emailed Firstcom accounts for a written amendment on an invoice. Within minutes, Rachel from accounts replied with the requested amendment completed. Superb!!

What a fabulous experience with Charlie Curtiss. I am useless with technology and he has walked me through the process and helped beyond measure.
I have tried to do what he has done for two years and in two phone calls he has sorted me out.
Thank you Charlie, you really are a life saver.

Great experience and support after implementing a new phone system. Tom our account manager offered us several solutions and arranged demo's, and provided clear info on pricing and features.
Once we had chosen the Universe system Carly was fantastic in arranging for Nigel to visit site and complete the install/software update, he was friendly, helpful and gave us many tips on how to use the software, App etc.
Carly has also given us fantastic support with general enquiries and fixing small teething and setup issues.
Overall a great experience and we're very happy with the support and advice we received but most importantly the phone system has met all of our expectations.

Our service from Firstcom support has been excellent throughout the whole process of having our WIFI upgraded. Carly Winrow has been particularly helpful as we have had to change the dates a number of times due to changes in our office schedules. She was helpful, friendly and extremely efficient from start to finish. Our engineer, Warren was so knowledgeable and friendly, even though we encountered a few hiccups (ours not his) he was patient and explained everything clearly.

We've just moved over to Flow with the help of Robyn Edge at FirstCom. Our set up wasn't the easiest - 2 sites, 80ish users, remote desktop, different set up for every team, and some not very techy people.
Robyn was patient throughout - both for the preparatory work and training for "super users" and admin, and then spending the entire day (8-5) getting users set up and running a training session.
He was very knowledgeable about what the product could do, and how to deal with each team's needs.
Would highly recommend the company, the product and the technician.

Deborah Morris has been clear and most helpful in guiding my partner and I through the upcoming changes to digital. It is so very good to be able to talk to a person such as Deborah who can help and advise and has been super helpful during a difficult time (my partner is undergoing chemotherapy) during which changes to our very important phone line have been low on the list of priorities. Excellent service all the way through set up and installation of our new phone system. We also had new PC's and phone & PC support. All of the staff who have looked after us including Carly Winrow, Anthony Fitzpatrick and Charlie (amongst others) and very easy to contact if we did have an issue and looked after us very well.
