After waiting quite long time for my payment, their Agent answers mechanically to my mails everytime in the same way: "still under review". They don't even care about what I ask when I write. Same if you watch their bi weekly live stream: they speak to themselves... and there is no interest at all for their traders. Forget about this Prop.

I have given the withdrawal many days back. it shows that the withdrawal is under review. Very unprofessional behaviour as people work very hard for the profits and at the end of the day companies do scams. This is not acceptable. I have paid 950$ for the evaluation phase. And now facing this issue. I need a good escalation on this. close the company if anyone reading from FCFF and open a brothel

Every thing about this company is wrong.

Customer service is inexistant. They never reply on the support email. Their discord is fille of people complaining and they Do nothing about it, but slowly kick people one by one.

Paiement is under review since about 2 months. For some people it was even longer. I lost hope to have it.

Some people have Bern complaining that their payout was denied because first class forex funds lost their data when migrating to another broker... A shady unregulated broker with horrible trading conditions and even worst of a reputation.

Stay away from this scam.

It's been more than 2 months since the payout was requested and still in review. Support does not provide any help or explanation, just generic messages or excuses. The Discord activity (specially #payout-proof channel) is slowly dying.

"Rules" is the most used word in their Discord, but it is clearly an excuse (rules they changed on-the-fly several times by the way).

They issued several payouts with huge delays at the first months of operation, then extended the payout time as the people joining declined, and right now the only I can observe is that they blocked payouts and only breach accounts with generic messages.

Literal es una piramide sin suficiente liquidez como para pagar ni 300 miseros euros tras 7 meses con ellos y mas de 3-4 pagos solicitados curiosamente como a la mayoria de gente solo me aprobaron el 1 el segundo supuestamente no me aceptaron porque la cantidad a retirar era mas del 50% de lo que habia hecho en un trade, marivilloso apstenganse los que hace smc, y ahora el ultimo que llevaba esperando casi 4 meses ya me lo rechazan por supuestamente missing trade history, es decir nose porque pueda ser tampoco porque no he incumplido ninguna de las reglas ridiculas que tienen, como para inventarse mas. Animaria a todos aquellos que se sientan tan estafados como yo a que denuncien.

It’s a pure scam, they breach your account for no reason. I’ve waited 3 months for my first payout, then second payout they said after another 3 months that they lost the history so they can’t pay me, and 2 days later I receive a message they are closing my account because my trading style doesn’t meet their requirements. No explanation. It’s a pure scam, just check the discord.

Scam, payout wainting since more than 3 month and denied without justification.

They are a big scam. some might get payment so people will believe they are legit, but all they do is take out money from people! DON'T waste your money!!!!

In January I completed the 2 steps evaluation, it took over a month to get my live account, after start trading they had an issue with Eightcap and they moved to Lucror, which took another month until I got my new live account, I return to trading and earned $16k, I have been waiting almost 2 months just to receive an email telling me they don't approve my payout for a funny reason: "my trading style does not meet our program criteria". No refund of my evaluation plan payment and no trading money.

They don't reply to emails, and their online chat doesn't work. THEY ARE A SCAM!! RUN AWAY !!!!

A hug scam, simple block, and not pay-me NOTHING alegating "Manual Breach", I asked which Breach, because my trade system I use in other companies without problems, they just replied that: "If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
This is a final decision"

I want to start by saying I am a multiple funded prop trader of 3 years. I can provide any end of proof and funding certificates to show this.. despite the admins of this company in their discord saying the trust pilot reviews don’t represent the company or proper traders- my review absolutely does. I have over 100 screen shots of the discord, my trading history and screen shots of my correspondence with FCFF support.

I will start at the beginning- a lot of people signed up to this firm because they allowed weekend trade holding, out of the blue and with nothing but a discord announcement, weekend holding was removed (yeah people who weren’t in discord had accounts breached for not seeing the announcement that FCFF DID NOT even bother to email to customers). Now that is a disgrace in itself, but it gets better - due to people having to switch up their strategy from swing trading (bigger stops, smaller lot sizes etc) they were then getting breached for breaking FCFFs “consistency” rule because of this. There was no email announcement, no social media post and there was absolutely nothing to help those who had to completely change their strategy to accommodate a rule change mid trading period - this was when everyone started to notice something wasn’t right.

Then there’s the consistency rule itself- if you were lucky enough not to get breached for the unannounced rule change, you had to have very specific lot sizes within a specific range. So it doesn’t matter if 1% of your account was being risked at 10 pip SL or 1% of your account was being risked at a 50 pip SL , it’s the lot sizes that determine “consistency” -baffling. That is not risk management- that is a system designed to make people fail, it’s a system designed to confuse. Tell me what’s inconsistent about risking 1% of your account regardless of the lot size? The only real inconsistency here is FCFF and their transparency.

It’s worth noting that I have many screen shots of admins in discord telling traders one rule and then online support completely contradicting that and telling people another thing - it became very apparent everything is off the cuff and there is absolutely 0 desire to see traders succeed - no wonder people got breached! And were they compensated?… you guessed it - nope.

Next there was the “50%” rule. Now, again, admins in discord saying one thing and then online support saying another - so much confusion. Also you’ll notice if you go on the rules in the FAQ that this isn’t listed clearly at all.. you really had to dig to find this rule too. Again- the only inconsistency here is FCFF themselves.

The next scandal came in the form of a margin rule- discord admins and FCFF support telling traders different things. Then there were literal equations getting posted in discord that traders were being told to calculate that didn’t add up or even work, there was so much confusion… you’ve genuinely never seen anything like it in your life. As usual those who spoke up were banned or silenced- if you speak the truth about FCFF and how much of a disgrace they are your message gets deleted immediately.

That leads to the next point - it got so bad to the point where the payout channel became bare and all of the certified trading lounge and the normal lounge were told to stop discussing payouts - yes you read that right. This company was taking up to two months to stick to their side of what was meant to take 10 days… 10 days in the contract that you sign with them when you join. Not only was it taking up to two months, good traders were and still are getting denied for the most contradictory and ridiculous reasons you have ever seen, that’s if you’re lucky enough to be given a reason. There is one particular influencer who posted some of his trades, and eventually after complaining got accepted. Yet other traders who had very similar trades got rejected. This influencer then disappeared from discord - several of us have reached out to him to get him to speak but but unfortunately it looks like he took his money and ran.

FCFF also had the audacity to create a “wall of shame” channel, yet they themselves breached every single term of their contract with nearly every single trader, then silenced those who spoke up and endeavoured to not pay those who deserved it. It’s disgusting. It’s wrong. It’s so far from responsible and I only hope that when the inevitable regulation comes into this industry, that if somehow this company is still operating, they will be shut down and reprimanded for the way they think it is acceptable to treat human beings.

There are now several influencers and other prop firms onboard spreading the word- traders sticking together as they should to bring down these criminals. I have been denied $15k for "lost trading history" - even though it's all on my dashboard. They will not prevail.

This company is the biggest scam and the greatest disrespect in the history of professional trading. They don't pay and do nothing to change their bad reputation. If you say something on Discord, they ban you for several days. The support doesn't help at all, and absolutely no one gives you concrete answers or resolves anything! They don't pay, and if they do, it's every 4 months. Stay away from here, don't waste your money, and certainly not your time with this company. They are finished."

I have been funded since October 2022 and received 2 payouts for October and December. For both I had to wait for more then 2 weeks to get paid, which was already a red flag as I am funded also with FTMO, CTI, MFF, and there you receive funds within 24-48h. But after new year I have been waiting for payout for several months and just received that I broke the rule. I have not changed my strategy only adjusted it because they added a new rule that forbids weekend trading. After 3 months they sent me email stating that I broke consistency rule, however they have no such rule in the agreement I signed nor in the terms of service or in FAQ, basically nowhere officially. I have saved all info that they provide on their website as per todays date and nowhere it mentions about consistency. The only mention is this -
The Maintain Consistency Rule- Trader will decide on trading strategies and or methods that are compliant to functioning live market trading conditions and stick to those principles throughout the trading period.
They have no lot size restriction, no requirement to use SL. I have not reached my max DD, max DD was 1% on my account which is far away from daily 5% limit. I have been profitable all months and I have proof also on myfxbook. I use risk per trade, which means if I use 30 pip SL the lot size will be different then if I use a 50 pip SL and also it depends on what pair I trade. There is no such rule that restricts me on the lot size. Therefore the email I received has no basis. I asked them to provide me with exact trades and link to the rule I have broken, but all they reply is that I have broken the rule and this is final decision. I shall be reproting them to the regulators in USA and provide all evidence. They need to know that this company is a fraud.

They are the Biggest Scammers In the Prop firm Industry .. Please stay away from them . I was Working on my funded 500k account . I requested for my withdrawel 2 weeks Ago which was in review and One day they started Breaching everyone account . And mine was one of them saying they didnt like My trading style , are you serious ?? I didnt traded my account And how you Didnt liked my style . Then they Rejected my Payout saying i voilet 50 percent rule , Which was totally False Even My biggest profit was 500 less of my profit .. i respected them alot i followed Every rule But they dont Deserve it .. I need my refund . Never ever go for these Scammers . When i wanted to ask question they time out me on discord for 6 hours and I was in que on live Chat for hours .. They are liars ..

Passed the 50k challenge, wanted to withdraw 80$ or smth to see how things work and they denyed my request and suspended the account. When I asked what was wrong, I was just told that I breached some kinda rule and thats it, but wanted to get info on what specificaly was erong, they did not told me.. Be cautious, as I lost my money paid for the challange and the profit after that..

es una empresa estafadora, no paga, tengo dos cuenta de 500K las dos las estube por perder, me llevo 4 meses recuperarla y hacerle profits, he hecho un retiro de $2800 ase un mes y medio, y nada, y hoy en dia ya tengo $32,000 para retirar, y no me habilitaron mi retiro asta que acepten el primero dicen y el viernes me enviaron un correo, donde dicen que no cumplo con requisitos como trader y me bloquearon mi cuenta me la quitaron los hijos de puta, no he roto ningura regla, solo asi me la han quitado, ya lei todo y no he roto las reglas, es una estafa, mi trabajo de mas de 4 meses con desbeladas para trabajar y hacer profits, se fueron al carajo, con mis ganancias, lo bueno, es que es una experiencia muy amarga, que me recordare para toda la vida
