I've been with them for a while and have found they get back to me on chat or email pretty quickly.
Had some login issues for my account and they sorted it out for me.
I've been recovering some drawdown from huge market moves that hit me hard, so not made a withdrawal yet but hopefully that will be over the next couple of weeks, hopefully that goes smoothly when it happens so I can leave this as a 5 star review.

Update: I was unable to login to my account for a while, I went onto chat to get my issue sorted. Didn't hear anything back on chat or email.
A couple of weeks later I was emailed saying I've breached my account because of inactivity, even though I am unable to login to make trades.
Come on FCFF, sort it out. Get me my logins and stop confirming the negative reviews on here.

FCFF is now doing business as First Class Trading Solutions LTD with the Better Business Bureau.
Recommend everyone that was frauded to open a case with BBB.
Furthermore, FCFF leadership is working very hard to have poor reviews deleted, claiming they are making “illegal allegations”. Be advised, they are actually pedaling far more fraud than is listed here in TrustedPilot.

I have been with FCFF since the very beginning. I have seen them go from trying everything to retain existing clients, making up claims of how much money they have, lying about suing 8Cap for fraud when 8Cap cut ties with them over their fraudulent business practices, to now still running promos to try and steal people’s money.

These jokers opened a prop firm with the full intent to fraud customers.
If you have any questions about these guys, check out their Discord - where they no longer allow any members communications, all the reviews that state the will breach your account once you request a payout (which is absolutely the case with me) or the simple fact that once things started to catch up with them, they started another website (from .com to .co) to avoid bad reviews and now have two super negative trustpilot threads.

If you have, I’d suggest contacting your bank immediately and charging back your fee.
I believe there is also a lawsuit against them started in NJ. The more people we can get onboard that, the better the chance we have of holding them accountable.

Do not give them your money. They will not payout on time or at all. I have been waiting for payment since May 05/11/23. Support just replies. Understand your frustration but we do not have access to payment information , your payment is still in review......They are just using low wage VA to answer general question. 0 stars if i could

I am funded with 100K, requested a payout for
$7,138.93, and these scammers rejected it after more than 5 months waiting for it.
They said I didn't comply with the 50% rule, rule that is an scam itself, and I did complied.
Don't get close to this scam.

5/3/2023...day i requested my withdrawal for a meager $240.00...guess what?...nothing yet...anytime i contact them they just tell me the same unprofessional dance that...once they reach my request, they will process. the CFTC must close this fake company and arrest everyone involved in stealing our hard earned money. this is beyond ridiculous. i gonna complain with the CFTC...MFF is not the only crooked company in Forex out there...this FCFF is a clear example of deceiving, fraud and stealing in the open....do not put your money here...go somewhere else!!..stay away from FCFF..please!!!

Criminals. had $1m worth of funded accounts, costing me AUD7k. All claims for funds rejected with no basis. Was put on "pro trader" accounts, made money and only to find out they deleted by accounts. TOTAL criminals. I have started proceeding for investigation, and seriously these are the worst in industry. Lock them up!

These guys should be in jail - nobody's getting payouts.
Prop firms can be risky, there are some good, genuine ones... but this is not one, unfortunately.
I'm not even talking about delays and getting paid... i'm talking about NO PAYOUTS. A straight, scam. And they don't give out their phone number. On their web chat, they'll close it out and tell you to wait for your payout. It's been over 5 months for me.

I would give them minus 5 stars!!!! Absolute garbage and a scam of a webesite/prop firm. They don't payout and there is zero communication from the company to their customers, this prop firm is abandoned. Their discord channel IS also heavily restricted to what you can talk about and if you mention the word "payout" they WILL ban you for a week from their channel then when your back in and if you say a wrong word they will ban you for life from the channel. Stay away from this scam prop firm!!!!!

Been waiting for payout on 500k account since MARCH. And waiting for another acct payout for over a month. Chat is USELESS for addressing pay outs. Emailing support is EQUALLY AS USELESS. "Please just be patient, we are working on getting to everything" every time for 5 MONTHS....OR NO EMAIL RESPONSE AT ALL. 5 FIGURES in payouts still pending.

It’s amateur hour at first class Forex funds. They will make you wait 1-2 months at least for a withdrawal. Don’t waste your time. Use a prop firm with a high trust pilot score. FCFF also posts about their 4 star trust pilot score on Instagram but it is not currently a 4 star for a reason.
