* Booking was, as always has been, a great experience. I keep booking with you because the person on the phone is always helpful and nice.
* This year they were so good to let us know when the bus was going to be late because of traffic.
*Also this year, the bus, didn't get lost.
*However, the bus that took us there was dirty and smelled bad. The driver didn't stop at a red light, and the adults in the bus were concerned about the speed and recklessness of the driver.
*Still, the driver on the way back was the opposite. The bus was clean a very prudent driver and nice.

We'll contact you again next year when we need service again, just please send us a clean bus ;)

Kevin was at our start point on time and was very pleasant and helpful all through the trip. The bus was clean inside and out. It was difficult in the beginning to get the first reservationist to understand that we were doing a tour of historic sites in Omaha, but eventually the last woman was extremely helpful and did a marvelous job. Sorry, can't remember her name. If we do this next year, we will surely use First Student.
