Company is a scam and stoves4life.co.uk. same Company. They have no stock, just take your money and give no order confirmation, no receipt. Do not place an order with these people.

By far the worst company!
I be popping in to this company face to face.
Working for Border Force UK I have a right to find out what the hell is going on here.
Firstly no contact from them regarding item
Secondly answering service that tells hours of opening
NOBODY ever gets back to you !!!
Take a disabled person money and leave them with no bed.
Absolutely shocking.
I shall be shutting this company down.
Get this sorted ASAP

Has this company closed? I placed an order online on 15th August for the Kingston Gallery Marble 63" fireplace. I paid in full via paypal. I have not received an email confirmation or any information regarding delivery. I have called the 01274 871010 number and it goes to an automated message stating that "we have no attendant to take your call". I have emailed too and still no response. I have also just messaged the whatsapp number. Really not impressed and have requested a full refund from paypal. So far not a great experience.

Company sourced and delivered our requirements.

Very pleased with the fire which arrived on time and was carefully delivered to our home.

Would buy again from the company in the future.

I ordered a gas wall heater in September. When it was delivered it was broken & not in a condition that it could be fitted (in fact it looked like a broken one had just been shoved back in the box). It is now November & I am still waiting for the replacement to be delivered. Not happy at all with the customer service.

I bought a Dimplex Chadwick fire from Fireplaces4life and have been extremely pleased with the company! Although the fire was not in stock, I was kept informed on the estimated delivery date, which was spot on. The delivery driver was very pleasant and I am very pleased with the fire so far. Ordered burnham suite, delivered with in 3 days. Really good communication. delivery was excellent.Arrived really well protected. Great service and best price to boot.

The manager was very helpful in assisting with a problem caused by Burley not delivering the fire on time and I thank him for his help.

Unfortunately our first delivery was damaged however, the customer service from Adam was above and beyond. He was able to source a replacement within days and new fire arrived. He was polite and helpful and was able to sort the issue with minimal disruption. Thank you Adam.

I ordered a fire at weekend and it was despatched the next working day by F4L. Unfortunately, the courier did not provide delivery updates or tracking information. However, the fire was delivered by the Thursday. I have not taken the fire out of the box yet as waiting for gas engineer to come and sort it. Fingers crossed 5* will stand. Chris Haworth

Gas fire bought in November 2022. Firstly parts missing and company wouldn't respond to queries about that. This took a number of weeks to resolve, then the fire stopped working altogether with a fault that our engineer stated he was unhappy to attempt to fix. We asked for money back and therein starts a complete ignoring of our complaint. After involving our bank this was finally resolved in May 2023 with a replacement fire finally delivered. 84 year old lady forced to be without fire all winter! Seriously customer service is atrocious. Avoid completely!

Well unfortunately my experience with this company got a lot WORSE!! The customer service is non-existent and they have ignored all further correspondence with me. They have refused to replace the damaged goods they supplied both the hearth and the mantelpiece which has GLOSS paint on a Matt black mantle!!!! I offered to accept it and asked them to pay for the necessary repairs and have heard NOTHING!!! Do not touch this company - it is AWFUL - they knowingly will send faulty goods and do nothing to rectify the situation!!
