Excellent products

Ordered 2x domestic smoke alarms. Service was prompt and products excellent. Items were delivered before the estimated date and would use this company again without hesitation.

Apologies that the item received was not an exact representation of the product ordered on our website, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

It appears the image on our website was of an older model and this has now been superseded by a newer version by our manufacturer. The actual product itself is still a 9V Smoke alarm with all the same features and tested to the same British standards, but the design of the unit has changed slightly. We have now updated our website to reflect this for any future orders placed.

Although we had a problem when…

Although we had a problem when returning a product. The customer service team was brilliant and kept me constantly updated and in the end resolved everything to my satisfaction

Delivery added extra 35% to cost of item

Staff were helpful and delivery was prompt however delivery charge (£10) was far too expensive considering that I was able to have a much larger and heavier item delivered from a different supplier on the mainland for a standard charge (£3-4).
