Was suspicious from moment I placed order for €45 for shoes, tracking link was very cumbersome and kept driving me towards loading another app to track, when I raised concern via email got very chatty response all sweetness and light and oh, by the way she loved the shoes I had chosen!! Shoes finally arrived today nearly 3 weeks later and the quality is dreadful, they look like so so cheap and plastic, not at all like the pictures and now when I look to see about returning I have to pay cost to return to China. I have emailed twice today complaining and have had no response, whereas previous emails around delivery were responded to pretty much immediately… very suspect, I very much doubt anyone called Fiona or Maeve work or own this company- poor quality and yes I understand I made the choice to purchase, my fault but I also feel conned be careful
