- SCAM ALERT: They steal copy-traders' profits! (Account 600178) -

- - "WARNING! DO NOT USE Fintrix Markets (Aksys Global Markets Ltd). They are a classic B-book scam broker that operates in bad faith. If you lose, they keep your money. If you win, they steal it.

I was a COPY-TRADER on their platform using an authorized lead trader. My account (600178) made a legitimate profit of $1,078. When I requested a withdrawal, they refused to pay. Instead, they sent a fabricated email accusing ME of using 'high-frequency automated strategies' and forcibly applied a 'PnL Correction' to my account, confiscating all my profits.

I didn't even trade manually! I used their own copy-trading system! If the lead trader had lost my money, Fintrix Markets would have gladly kept it. But because the lead trader won, they call it an 'invalid execution' and penalize the follower.

Their live support is useless, and they try to trap you in endless email loops to delay the process. This is a bucket shop that retroactively cancels profitable trades. Stay far away and save your money!"

I’m new to Forex

I’m new to Forex, but I’m learning to trade with Fintrix. I give them 5 stars for their very nice support. They reply quickly by email and help me with all my questions. In the future, I would like to see more advanced learning materials and clearer guidance for new traders.

Nice broker, work to do, but for now no issues.

Had a recent experience registering with them for trading. The verification was somehow fast (basically within half an hour it was done), even if they requested some info from me during the onboarding time.
The deposit went through, and I was ready to trade.

By the way, a small remark: after opening a trading account, I could not deposit funds without verification. It was not clear straight away that this was the issue. Maybe a remark should be on the main page that verification is required before deposit and trading.

For the rest, good broker; will continue to see how it goes.
